Great product, great customer service

Excellent service. Order sent swiftly. The belt really supports my back, especially when I am doing household chores. Would recommend it.

BEWARE!! They WILL NOT respond to you when you dislike their products. I've sent them multiple emails complaining and requesting a Refund for a defective product that is worth $50 But NEVER WORKED, and all what I got was full ignorance!! They have no supervisor that you may talk to, they have just one email. They are not professional, low quality products, horrible customer service. Please do NOT waste your money. You can get all their products from Amaz.on where you will be treated as a valuable customer.

I ordered a belt for my back pain. I didn’t receive the package. Customer Support Manager Emma was super friendly and very helpful. We didn’t find my package, so I was very happily surprised to get a new tracking number and a new package with the belt. Thank you very much Emma and Dainely!

Had a problem with one of the items that I ordered and they helped me with it, they were able to resolved my issue quickly.

So far so good. The belt fits well and comfortable. Would have like better instructions how to use the belt as I had to email them to ask . But I must say they they answered quickly and explained.

The Customer service I received was outstanding and second to none. From the beginning to the end of my experience, due to the special nature of my circumstances, I was dealt with sensitivity, compassion and a swift resolution. I highly recommend Dainley for their high level of professional ethic and care.
