The subscription cost is astronomically high for the content. I subscribed twice to see a "movie" and then cancel. Everything else on the platform is mediocre and disappointing in that I really wanted it to be good and worth it.

Con artists …plain and simple Signed up for the free week trial, charged my card within 24hours for the year. Told no refunds. Called credit card company and put a stop payment. Sad, these “guys” are losers. Done giving my money to these crooks. Should have read the reviews here first. Shows their true colors.

Signed up for monthly and they charged the whole year at once. Disputed it but no use. They say once you click no refunds even.

I initially wrote about my experience with this company after attempting to reverse charges associated with an auto-renewal which had caught me by surprise. My only option was to send a message to customer service and await a reply. After about a week of waiting, with no response, and after reading about similar experiences online, let's just say I was less than satisfied, to put it mildly. I do not like getting ripped off, and I was feeling more and more like that's what was happening. Today I'm updating my experience to include the fact that I did eventually receive an email apologizing for the delay, and promising a full refund. If anyone from DailyWire.com reads this, please streamline the process, to avoid aggravating your customers in the future. That being said, I am grateful to them for doing the right thing in canceling my membership and returning my money.

On July 1, 2022, I signed up for a one-month subscription to the Daily Wire for $14 on their mobile website out of a desire to explore some of their content. As soon as I made the one-month selection (listed at a total of $14 billed on a month-to-moth basis) and entered my payment information, I was immediately taken to a confirmation page which showed that I had purchased an ANNUAL all-access subscription at the cost of $240 pre-tax. Seconds later, I received an email from The Daily Wire notifying me that my credit card had been charged $260.64 by the Daily Wire (the price of the subscription plus tax). I did NOT authorize this charge. I immediately filed a customer support request on the Daily Wire website with the above details and it took numerous interactions over the course of over two weeks to finally be issued a partial refund (only after I threatened to report the charge as fraudulent to American Express). In reading through other complaints on various websites (Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, etc.) it is clear that my experience was far from unique and that this is a terrible, unscrupulous company more than happy to prey upon people.

I signed up for the lowest level of paid subscription. This didn't give all the content I wanted, but I wasn't prepared to remain or renew at a higher level. Daily Wire gave me a full refund without hassle. That's impressive. I still enjoy the free content and will sign up for more when the time is right!

DailyWire+ provides an awesome source for conservative values, commentary, news and programming. It is a refreshing alternative to the mainstream media. Original content from Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens, Jordan Peterson and Matt Walsh as well as all the Daily Wire team is top notch. Morning Wire is a staple for me every day. Keep up the great work!

DailyWire Plus has intriguing content but makes accessing content incredibly difficult. Specifically, even through their website, you have to navigate to some remote corner to find what you're looking for. While navigating, you are hit with incessant up-sale pop ups and redirects. Notably, our Sony Bravia TV does not have the DailyWire Plus app. I was looking forward to introducing my wife to the content, but after an hour of navigating, searching, etc., we gave up. I signed up today with DailyWire Plus and I'm already looking to terminate my membership. Good luck to DailyWire Plus and their investors. It looks like a flop in the making.
