Was restringing my fender squier stratocaster when the b and e strings broke contacted d'addario, described what happened sent photos. Followed the instructions with the follow up email. The customer service from George was excellent thank you so much.

I love D'Addario. They have always been my main goto for strings and other products. The customer service is second to none. I particularly love the fact that they are a US based company and I love doing business with a company that supports America.

Bought a pair of drumsticks that broke extremely quickly, and thought I might as well email in to see what they could do. Well they shipped me a brand new pair and credited me some points on my Players Circle account! Pretty great service for such a small product in their line.

I am really unhappy with the customer service. We bought the 14" Hybrid Marching Band instrument, but the size is not right, and I need to return it. We've called and emailed more than 10 times, but no one has responded to us

Hello, thank you for leaving your feedback. We take customer service very seriously at D'Addario, and are always more than happy to help. I can see that our team has been discussing this with someone else in your family as of a few weeks ago, but we had not heard back from you after providing instructions on how to return the head. We also would like to note - we cannot return calls on weekends as we are not open, but our team gets back to all calls and emails within 1-2 business days. I can see that our team had called you back a couple of times this morning as well. Please be sure to check your emails, as we have resent the return instructions that we had previously provided. Once we receive that info, we can get the head replaced as promised! Thanks so much!
