This was my first time ordering from this site. I watch Heather's videos and just had to give her site a try. I contacted customer service since the wig I wanted doesn't come in my usual color. They were great! Answered all my questions, even after hours. I needed to exchange for a different color, it was hassle-free. Can't wait to see the new color.

Absolutely the best customer service experience I've ever had. Super fast and thorough responses. I've done a lot of searching and research and the product selection and descriptions, photos, videos, etc on the CysterWigs site are the best out there. Very impressive company.

Excellent response time on all orders and any questions. Good reasonable return/exchange policy with prompt processing. Extremely helpful reviews/videos of products and related information. Best price on the web with continual discounts for regular customers plus periodic additional special offers, and will match or beat any competitor’s sale prices. I have not had bad experiences when purchasing wigs from other major reputable wig sites so no disrespect to them, but Cysterwigs is where I have learned the most about wigs and where I have gotten the best price and service, and I buy only from them now. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with one of the wigs I ordered and need to retract a disappoining review. I was shocked at the incredible customer support I got from 3 or 4 different people from Cyster Wigs. These responses to my problem were with very helpful hints about how to fix my wig and they worked. I am grateful. Further I did order 2 more products they mentioned that will help even more. A styling gel and steamer should do the trick. Thanks all who helped. This is called real customer support. China Frazier, Las Vegas, NV

CysterWigs is a an excllent company to purchase wigs from... very happy with the abundant information Heatther produces via YouTube and via the Blog... I love the customer reviews of the wigs and Heather's description of each shade .... choosing hair colours is the most tricky aspect of purchasing hair IMO. The CysterWigs CSA's are speedy, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Love this company.
