CysterWigsReviews of cysterwigs.com

I love my Finn by Estetica. Your staff is excellent. I was concerned about the color. Joe helped me make a decision when I opened the box I thought "O my that doesn't look like the color we talked about". I looked at it all weekend thinking I must send it back. I tried it on Monday I fell in love. It's perfect. Thank you.

I love this site for so many reasons. Customer service is great with quick response times. Questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. The exchange process is fast and easy. Heather is really doing something right here!

I had watched Heather's videos online when I came across a wig I was wanting to see reviews about. It was refreshing to see Heather explain the pros and cons of the wig per her experience. It was also refreshing to see Heather model the wig as she is so honest and a person can relate to her. With that being said, shopping at Cysterwigs has been wonderful. I have ordered online twice from Cysterwigs and once from their outlet and have not been disappointed. I plan to continue my wig shopping with Cysterwigs.

I really like Cyster Wigs and their helpful videos by Heather make shopping with them seem more personal. Shipping is fairly fast and returns are easy and free.

I love CysterWigs!! my only complaint is the web site doesn't tell you when certain wigs or colors of the wigs your choosing are in stock or not so when you order you wait and see if its in stock or not in an email I do find this to be a difficult shopping experience especially being an online store I really hope they plan to fix this issue in the near future I plan to keep being a loyal customer as the experience with other online wig sites was not as great and with CysterWigs I feel welcome and taken care of not like just another customer and feel more as though I'm apart of the wig community and feel more at home when I order my hair.

Not one bad experience with CysterWigs. EVER. If i have a question they get back to me within 24 hours. Customer service is amazing! I have NEVER had a problem with a return, and if i do return a wig because maybe the quality isnt up to par ( it happens) I dont get angry with CysterWigs because they aren't the wig manufacturer. They have always quickly accepted the return, and credited my account ( because i know i will be back) if you would like a refund, no problem. But some restrictions do apply, and those restrictions can be found on their site. I will never purchase a wig anywhere else.

Best service Best specials my favorite company to buy from. I am new to the wig family, it’s been a long time coming. You guys make it fun. I’m learning a lot from the videos. Thank you!

CYSTERWIGS does great job with fulfilling orders in timely manner, and showcasing reviews to assist in best selection of individual units, great service., Thanks Heather and staff.
