Be careful with their “unlimited exchange” policy. I’m new to wigs due to hair loss from chemo, so I was happy when I found this site because it sounded like it was a risk-free way to find the perfect wig. I was mistaken, so I’d like to help others not make the same mistake. I ordered a wig just before going out of town (first mistake). When I tried it on I loved the style but the color didn’t look good on me. I sent a message to customer service about trying a different color. A few days later they made a recommendation, so I turned to Heather’s video reviews to get a better idea of the color they were suggesting. Then I spent countless hours pouring through YouTube videos and reviews trying to find a color that would work for me (second mistake). I reached out again with some additional questions. Did some more research and finally sent them a pic of my skin tone to see if they could recommend something else. When I finally heard back they said it was no longer eligible for an exchange as it was outside of the 14 days. I spent several hundred dollars and way too many hours, just to have a box that will now sit in my closet. Please, do not be mistaken, if you are new to wigs and not real sure what colors/styles would work for you, please go to a local wig store instead, at least that way you can try them on and see what works.

the owner has no clue how to run a business. she makes youtube videos about customers filled with drama and lies. what legitimate professional business would do something like that? none. i strongly suggest to anyone who is shopping for wigs to stick with larger more professional wig websites. heed my warning.

I have the good fortune of having a similar face shape to hers and when she does a review of a wig that looks good on her, I can be confident that it will look good on me too. I have purchased several wigs from Cysterwigs and have always been happy with the wigs and with my shopping experience. I'm happy to recommend Cysterwigs to friends who are looking for some "helper hair"!

Happy international customer here, as even with shipping and tax Cysterwigs offers the best online deals anywhere, especially if you join their mailing list for regular offers. Even got advice on the best way to set up a bulk US shipping account, which works for other retailers too. Found Heather and her team to be very reliable, knowledgeable and honest, with good prices. Haven’t tested the returns option - as I’ve never needed to return anything, surely that tells you something righ there lol. I’m a repeat buyer and happily recommend this small but mighty company!

The choice is simple! Heather runs her business with solid integrity and devoted passion; these are things that are missing from businesses today. Her staff of knowledgable customer service gals and guys know their stuff and they pick up gorgeously where she leaves off. The sales make helper hair affordable, and where else can you get all of your questions answered AND a community of support all in a safe environment where your privacy is guarded? CYSTERWIGS, that's where! Supportive, enjoyable message boards with likeminded (and not clique-y!) "hair sisters" who are there to help. Losing hair is hard. The owner and her staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, not unwilling to steer customers away from products that aren’t the best choice, even if it means that customer ends up spending less! Return/exchange policies are standard and straight forward. I have recommended CysterWigs to others and will continue to do so.
