Still new to wigs. Thought I’ve purchased a few, this is my first from Cysterwigs. Nice variety, good customer service and the video reviews and product commentary are VERY helpful. I just received “Karla” by TressAllure in Cocoa Bean. The fiber on this wig is deliciously nice and fine. It’s only slightly darker and warmer than my natural color but will probably look good. I’d like to see more designers offer dark cool (ash) brown options. Will be back!

I ordered HM Jules. I is a very natural look and I am very satisfied with it. My only issue is I ordered color 5H; which was supposed to have red highlights in it. Well the highlights are pretty non-existent. I am keeping it as the fit, style and look are great. Next time I will go redder. I have ordered most of my wigs from Cysterwigs as they are fantastic with customer service and helping even suggesting a look you are searching. Since I found Cysterwigs, it is my to go place to purchase a wig.

I love CysterWigs! Anytime I've had a question, the response time is quick and helpful! Great customer service! The YouTube videos are the most informative and i'm able to make an educated selection based on the videos. The wig selection is fantastic with lots to choose from. I rarely buy from anywhere else! Heather and her team are the best!
