I have tried contacting them through their chat, through ticket system, through discord, through facebook, I only get ignored, not answered and Facebook comments removed. I am happy to add all screenshots here. Their unsubscribe button on the mail takes to a broken page, so it is not possible.

I want to appreciate the support offered to me by the Cyberpanel team. When I was migrating my VPS server, Cyberpanel offered me a temporary server and moved all my sites, emails and data to the temporary server and back the to the new permanent server without losing any information or data. Also, they help me to solve other problems and offered guidance on how to secure my sites. Thanks a million.
