Free version of cPanel, but the bugs and broken features waste so much time; for most people it's better to pay for cPanel and get a better experience. For example, I can't see my WordPress installs suddenly; this bug typically lasts anywhere from 2 days to weeks. With my hourly rate, the time I'm wasting is worth more than all upgrades on cPanel. The AI malware scanner doesn't do shit either, from my experience. I had a Gsyndication redirect malware on one site that this scanner couldn't detect, luckily I got a refund. These bugs happen with many other features in the app; the theme styles aren't polished, so some text and buttons disappear from the UI because of contrast. For example, white text on a white background. Bottomline: Its great to get started for free but be ready to waste a lot of time and it needs high technical skill so if youre not comfortable around hosting management and SSH, you'll suffer.

Service in itself is ok, however, zero billing support and the majority of tech support seems to be handed over to AI with automated responses. Wish I could leave a better review as this seems to be a start-up company with potential.. However, too quick to jump from Alpha to Stable.

Since the Integration of Chatbot on the CyberPanel support, I have not been able to access a human support and their bot does not have the capability to handle specific tasks that requires human support. For the past 10 days All I keep getting is sorry I understand your pain, we would forward your request to a human agent..

dont know what happend to them , it was the best panel i am using it for year but in recent years cybersecurity become a main issue. i think they are not working on this project anymore properly. with new UI looks broken part by part attached somehow , some text even cant be seen properly in 13/14 inch laptop screen , maybe need microscope and every option i click asking to buy the extra plugin advertisement :/ dont know why cyberpanel quality is decreasing day day ? now you guys dont even approve the post in the group ? 😃 2020-2023 got the best support from this panel . but now its getting out of hand. maybe its time to move to another for change.

I really wanted this to work, I even tried contributing to the codebase but it is just broken in so many places and support is just a joke. I've been using Cyberpanel for almost 3 years because of its OpenLitespeed integration, which makes any PHP hosting fast and cheap. Their backup system never seemed to work, so I wrote my own with borg. I also bought their paid addons to support the project but I was greatly dissappointed by: Rspamd This addon works well but only for outgoing emails. Generally I wouldn't recommend CP for email hosting. Just for sending emails via the websites you host there is great. WordPress Manager It can't identify existing installations, only works when creating websites in the manager. Didn't test it thoughrougly. I can't speak for the rest of the addons as they are of no use to me and I didn't test them. Their cloud dashboard is also lacking. It is supposed to be a central management dashboard for multiple servers but you can't manage anything from there besides your subscriptions and tickets. There are close to no updates in over 2 years. Any time I reached out via the ticket support I had a rough time communicating with them. I am not talking about some kind of language barrier, while there is one, but them actively avoiding to provide any real support by just asking for information I already gave them or are even stated in my account's details. This can keep on for days until you finally give up. Add insult to injury; they do not send any subscription renewal notifications before charging and I ended up paying twice for something I don't use. To sum up If you are happy with the free features and work for you, then great. I still use it that way. If you need anything more than the free package can offer then just use something else and don't pay them a dime.

Not Recommended, I am stucked with Cyberpanel because of Hostinger VPS, i really regret it, No proper support, It works best only if you are a server end guru, only i have to pay to fiverr freelancers for issues like SSL, Cache, SPF issues. Summed Up: For Experts only not for beginners or digital marketers.
