CyberPanelReviews of cyberpanel.net

CyberPanel is emerging as one of the most interesting alternatives in the server control panel landscape. Based on OpenLiteSpeed, it offers an intuitive interface and advanced features, making it ideal for both personal site management and industry professionals. Although it is a relatively young software, it already delivers excellent performance and efficient resource management. Some uncertainty in terms of reliability remains, but the development team is active, and there is clear room for improvement. One of its strongest points is undoubtedly the support service: fast, competent, and effective. I have used it multiple times and have been very satisfied. CyberPanel is a promising choice for those looking for a modern and high-performance panel, destined to improve even further over time.

Cyberpanel panel has been the best panels have use so far. They have the best service and excellent customer support. Kudos to the entire team for the hard work.

Thanks to help from Shoaib Khan Khattak my CyberPanel is back again. Great support! Thank You.

A convenient panel for controlling VPS, if you need to manage VPS personally, then this is a good choice. There are times to which you need to get used to, but no such problems. Support always answered ticks and the problems were solved, there were few of them. There was a story that everyone was hacked, and it was a problem of people who were not updated until the last update. And I got under the hack, there were backups on the hosting side of me, as well as configured protection simply turned off all the access and blocked everything, so nothing was injured besides the temporary nerves. I can recommend use.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Cyber Persons is hands down the most incompetent, unreliable, and deceitful hosting provider we have ever dealt with. Our VPS, their control panel, their entire customer portal, and support system all went offline for over 7 HOURS, leaving our LIVE production website completely down, costing us money, clients, and reputation. Their total lack of communication during the outage was unacceptable, and we were left in the dark with no way to reach support since their entire infrastructure collapsed. But wait—it gets worse. After demanding a full refund and cancellation, they started playing delay tactics, making excuse after excuse, refusing to issue a refund immediately, and holding our payment details hostage by not allowing us to remove them from their broken system. This is a clear violation of GDPR and consumer rights, yet they still refused to comply. Their so-called “customer support” is nothing more than a shameless attempt to stall and frustrate customers into giving up. Instead of honoring our cancellation request, they begged us to stay, offered us a laughable “one free month” as if that could fix their utter failure, and continued dodging their responsibilities. At this point, Cyber Persons is not just a bad hosting provider – they are a borderline scam operation. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We have already taken legal action, filed a GDPR complaint, and processed a chargeback through our bank. Avoid this nightmare of a provider. There are far better hosting companies out there – Cyber Persons is nothing but a disaster waiting to happen.

I tried out this panel and even purchased some paid extensions, I decided to go another direction and canceled everything. One of the subscriptions didnt cancel and they keep billing me for it. I have emailed them multiple times and even contacted stripe to report them. Mu card provider is going after them now to stop the fraudulent charges. Stay away from these people. Thieves!

After using cpanel and directadmin I switched to Cyberpanel and immediately added the paid add-ons. You can tell that Cyberpanel is a bit less advanced technically, but it is definitely a mature product! It is perfect for managing your own domains. I also needed support, and the response time was very short. I often had a solution within 6 hours. That is really fast! In short; I can definitely recommend cyberpanel to everyone! Especially for people who find cpanel way too expensive.

I've been using CyberPanel for several years now, particularly for managing servers where I host databases alongside websites, and it has consistently proven to be my go-to admin dashboard. What sets CyberPanel apart, however, is not just its functionality but its exceptional support team. Recently, I experienced some downtime, and the support from CyberPanel was nothing short of amazing. They responded promptly, offered to log in to assist with resolving the issues, and fixed everything in record time. This level of service is rare and truly commendable. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly efficient and helpful. If you're in need of a robust, user-friendly dashboard for your server management needs, coupled with support that you can genuinely rely on, CyberPanel is your answer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline their server administration with confidence. -Jason
