CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

This place doesn’t deserve one star. Staff is always rude and unhelpful no matter what location I’ve been to. Prescription policies are inconvenient and frustrating. Highly recommend Albertsons Osco over CVS or Walgreens.

CVS never answers their phone. The recorded message you hear when you call doesn’t even say the name of our town correctly. You must leave a voice mail. They do anything to avoid contact when you are there in person. I had to pick up a prescription yesterday and there were 7 people working in the pharmacy. I was there last week and asked them when I could pick up the prescriptions that were on hold. She said the 8th. The correct dates were the 10 and 11th.

I tried to order sildenafil online with home delivery. The link ‘Get this prescription filled at CVS Pharmacy – Start Now’ just doesn’t work! Nothing opens. You can’t reach a real person over the phone either. It’s such a shame. I’ve decided to go back to my usual pharmacy - xcheaprx.in. Even though I have to wait a bit longer, it’s much cheaper.

The pharmacy CVS on Bloomfield Ave Newark, NJ is a disgrace!!! Their so called "delivery drivers"are lazy. If they do not want to travel out of the immediate area, they will cancel the delivery and will not call the customer or give a reason. The pharmacy rarely answers the phone. You have to leave a voice-mail message. Ridiculous service. Now looking for a better place to transfer the prescriptions.😡

The CVS pharmacy, (#1364) located at 6514 Georgia Ave NW, Washington DC is extremely slow. Today when I arrived to pick up a prescription, I was the next person in line to be seen. The cashier was lackadaisical and took him ten minutes to gather my one prescription. I thought the cost was quite expensive as the hydroquinone was not covered by insurance, so I located a coupon and was sent to meet with pharmacist. The pharmacist sent me back to the cashier to complete the purchase. The line had grown considerably long. Their 3 staff: pharmacist, tech and cashier. It seems the pharmacist should have assisted to bring the line down by checking people out. Needless to say, they both seemed ill equipped to provide coverage on their own. My visit took approximately 40 minutes.

Honestly, I have had nothing but issues around getting my prescription filled. It's on back order, fine I get that, but 1) First employee lied and just said "No" when I asked if there was an estimated fill date. 2) Found out that was a lie when I went to refill it later. The lady was able to show me the estimated fill date on the screen right there in the store. 3) And y'know what, I'll give credit, This lady probably thought she was being honest and she did what she could to get me a partial fill of my prescription (That I had to pay out of pocket for. Which is whatever but another straw) but I was told "You can get this and your back-order prescription will still get filled.". That was not the case. I had bought enough to get me to when my script should have been filled. Just checked, it's not even on order. Fuming. I wish universal healthcare existed so I could take my scripts elsewhere

I am currently waiting at the CVS at stop 11 and Emerson. Every employee here has been super nice to every customer. There are very helpful and considerate and they are all smiling. They're helping me get my prescription here so that I can pick it up because my pharmacy was closed. All in all it was a great experience.

CVS Pharmacy, 13960 Landstar Blvd, Orlando, FL 32824 REVIEW. I picked up 2 prescriptions for the start of diabities, I was charged $50.00 for 90 pills, and $6.24 for the other 90 pills. 2 Jars were in the bag. After 3 weeks I had 1 week supply left. The fine print on the bottle indicated 30 of 90 pills. I called CVS to get the other 60. I was told the scans were made and I received them. I went to the CVS and the Pharmacist said they must be in my house. I explained that I am a retired Design Engineer and everything is organized in its place. 20 seconds later he repeated the same excuse and I repeated again what I said. They would not say if their computers track who scans the meds. My thought is that maybe the workers who scan the bottles short your bag and take the meds home to a family member. CVS has a terrible system. If you still get your meds from them have the clerk open your bag and check your order before you pay! As for me? I told them to eliminate any of my refills for I will never use them again. I receive my meds from Express-scripts withgreat communication!
