Worst pharmacy ever!! If you have an option to use a different pharmacy, I would highly recommend it.I am on a medication that has to be ordered from their specialty pharmacy. I was getting this medication paid for a group that assist with payment because it is so expensive (thousands a month). CVS did not bill correctly one month and refused to correct their mistake. I have repeatedly called them with no help at all. This is not the only problem with them. I have another medication where I had to jump through hoops to have it approved. It was approved for one year and now they are denying it. I will do whatever it takes to use a different pharmacy from here on out. If it means changing medication so I dont have to deal with CVS, that is what I will do!

Contacted by automated prescription about 3 days ago. I went to pick it up today. They said it was ready 2 weeks ago which was not true at all. Said my doctor recently canceled my prescription also which is not true at all and I confirmed this with the doctor's office. I was upset of course because they were rude and didn't try to help me carry the prescription can be life threatening if I don't have it. They were very rude and I said I am done with this store and the manager said good I hope you are done. This store was in Eden Prairie on Columbine Road. Never go back there again

You cannot reach anyone in the pharmacy and they refuse to call back. Like this is the butter of your business. After 3 days of leaving messages I will be going to Walgreens.

I read the poor reviews and thought I could save few bucks - but IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!!! I've spent HOURS over 11 days trying to transfer my RX from Fred Meyer's pharmacy but the transfer didn't go through. I'm now on hold trying to cancel the transfer and stick with Fred Meyer, in case it does, ironically, go through (they published a different number that I've been transferred to and it's been 17 minutes on hold again). I initiated the RX transfer on 9/20 through the website, received confirmation numbers twice, but the page to check status says there's an issue. I've left 3 voicemails on CVS's RX support line - no return calls. I also installed the app, hoping for better results but no. I've spoken to pharmacists 3 times (when you can finally figure out how to actually speak to one) and they haven't had any success, no calls back, nothing in the app or web version of cvs.com to show the reason it's not going through. The last pharmacist said she'd send a fax request that afternoon to Fred Meyer 4 days ago, but Fred Meyer said they hadn't received it. I've also left 3 voicemails (they screen you to do this) and sent 3 online messages requesting support - not one response from CVS. So, after 11 days and behind on taking my medication, frustration that the website kept telling me there is an issue w/o a resolution, no updates or responses from calls, email, voicemails, I'm giving up. I regret that I attempted the change in pharmacies.

Their automated phone answering is horrible - useless for (maybe) anything other than the most basic issues. Impossible to reach a human. Can hardly be worse!

My wife and I recently received our Covid vaccinations at the CVS in the Target in Boynton Beach on Hagen Ranch Rd from pharmacist Jessica Greer. She was fantastic. Kind, caring. A true professional. We will be encouraging all our friends and neighbors to shop here. How lucky CVS is to have someone like this to set an example and such a high standard for what a health care professional should be,

The CVS at 8280 Magnolia, Riverside California is the wurst on earth. I have been a customer since 2017 and they are Getting worse and worse. They lose medications. Drop them at my front door and leave them there all night. When you call they could care less about you. I am transferring all my prescriptions to Optum. CVS shame on you!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I had a best experience with Brianna. She was very helpful, kind and helped me get what I needed.
