I am very upset, I had to experience at CVS on Alton Gloor, Brownsville Texas. I was going about a normal day getting my prescription until the lady in front of me was needing help so when the lead technician name Raul Rodriguez asked the elderly lady what she needed, the older lady explained she was looking for a HB machine and was wondering if he can explained how the manual machine in her hand worked his response was do you not know how to read??? That was a very unnecessary question, as the lady then asked do you recommend I purchase a automatic if so which one?? He said go to the aile and look for one that is convenient for you. Mr. Raul Rodriguez if you are overwhelmed with your type of job then you shouldn’t work there. Please work on your customer service!!

I was walking up to the door and he locked the door on me and they closed in 4 minutes

Free covid19 testing! Only if u have insurance. 7 days since my test. Nothing. They just want to sound good to public! I could have infected half of Tarrant County by time I hear from these Frauds

Do NOT go here for COVID testing! It’s a rip off & they are NO help. They make you swab yourself which is a major NoNo. Unless you are a medical professional & know what you are doing -which could leave to false results! After test they do not help only tell you to call an off-site clinic called Minute Clinic-which no one answers the phone. Took 5days for results which caused me to have to reschedule my dr procedure & now have to retest for COVID. I was Never notified (as they told me I would be) of my results Just Happed to look at MYChart. Total waste of time & money...also false advertising as this Test is Not free! BEWARE

Went to get CV test for family as we were exposed. Been 6 days and no results. Was told 2-4 days then 7 days then back to 2 days. Seriously? Called and on hold for 2 hours to be told to call their lab. The number they provided was not a good phone number! Frustrated as need results to return to work. Wish I could give zero stars. No help at all.

My CVS in Hummelstown, Pa has been wonderful and very helpful. Kim helped me out of a huge mess that was caused by another pharmacy. Kim is a gem! Thank you

The worst run chain ever. Takes forever to pick up prescriptions, the check out lines are forever long & for no reason. They work at a snail pace. I’ve been to a few. Same routine

Says my meds have been filled. Three days later nope. Need for pre-op and after 3 days nobody does anything! Anthem forces me to use them. Uncaring associate also.
