This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. My wife just had spinal surgery and a stroke. She had multiple perceptions to be filled when she was released from the hospital. She was in extreme pain . The pharmacist decided she didn’t need as much as was prescribed by the doctor and decided not to fill the order because he just didn’t feel comfortable filling it from what he said. My wife had to call the surgeon to tell him so he could call the pharmacy to get him to fill it and had to argue with him before he would fill it. The pharmacist thinks he knows more than the doctor and tried to over rule the doctor. In my eyes it only makes him look like an idiot and causes people to have issues get their medication that is issued by a doctor.

If CVS employees are unable to understand how to answer the phone, it makes me really nervous to trust them with filling my prescriptions, just saying!!!

They do not know what they are doing and are the most rude people I have ever had to deal with I am switching my business elsewhere which will cost them 20.000$ per year in prescriptions do to the rudeness and stupidity of the staff.

My two children were kicked out of CVS today. When they asked why they were being kicked out they were told that they must be accompanied by an adult to make a purchase. When I went back to the store to ask why my kids needed to be accompanied by an adult to buy a pack of gum and a soda I was told that they steal. When I asked why my kids were told one thing and I was told another and she just looked at me with a blank star. If my children really did steal from CVS I'm pretty sure that the manager would have told them that they are refusing service because they stole from the store not because they are unaccompanied minors. Not only dose CVS discriminate against short kids who do not look their age they have the audacity to tarnish their character because they had no reason not to let my kids buy a pack of gum and a soda. After talking to other parents in my community we found that it's not only my children but any child who walks into the store and this has been going on for quite some time. Because the store has refused service to my children they now have to cross a busy intersection to shop at the Walgreens across the street to spend their hard earned allowance.

Don't order online from this unethical company, the estimated delivery date when you are entering an order changes after the order has been paid for. My estimated delivery date went from 4 to 7 days to not even shipping for 2 weeks. Then I try to cancel the order, but they don't allow cancellations. I'm going to have to go through my credit card to dispute the charge. Placing an order from cvs has turned in to a huge headache.

The pharmacy techs don't care about their patients/customers. They won't listen when you try explaining something, they'll just spout of some prememorized bs. Getting refills is a hassle because they don't apply insurance and savings cards correctly half the time, which leads to them not filling the medicine unless I go in and explain how to do their job for the millionth time, a lo and behold it works. If my insurance didn't recently change to making me use on CVS, I would never step foot in one again.

No humolog insulin for days, multiple times for my daughter. Slightly important. Now no ritalin la for son for severe behavior problems. Thanks, CVS. Keep up the good ordering!

I’m giving one star because I can’t go lower than that. CVS pharmacy on channel island blvd in port Hueneme is the worst costumer service and pharmacist you can get. Took a prescription last Friday, was told that they were out of stock and it would be ready for me on Monday (today) at 3:30 pm; at 6:43 pm I was told that they don’t have it, is out of stock and the pharmacist “Linda Opara”put me in another line waiting for 45 minutes to get my prescription back so I can go to another pharmacy. Now I need the prescription and the pharmacist careless about the costumer. It’s not the first time that we get a rude person and bad costumer service at the His cvs. I’m going to take my info out of there.
