Covid vaccine records was not received on my account. Spend hours on the phone and answer hundreds questions with no results. Extremely disappointed

The worst pharmacy ever they just care for your moneyThey charge me $150 for generic drugs that at the Walmart it’s like $45 then they charge us 100 dollars and medicine it’s Walmart Pharmacy 8dollars,Begging everyone do the research for the price because this is ripped off pharmacyAnd the pharmacist are so fake they only care for your moneyGarfield nj.. happened so many times

Changed my email address with CVS and since have not received any email coupons in my new email. Always got them with my old email. Called Customer Service today nov 8, 2021 he said I need to go to store to receive in-store coupons. Now I am expected to go 40 mins round trip to CVS to see what coupons are in machine and maybe do same thing next day. That is not how I operate. I plan what I need to buy and if it’s doesn’t have a coupon so be it. I used the email coupon for more expensive products. Now I will buy more expensive products elsewhere

I stopped using THE CVS at Bernardo Center Dr., Rancho Bernardo 92128 a while back. The store in Duenda Rd. is only slightly better. I have grown to hate both due to your policy that if you fill a prescription you will continue to renew it even if it was meant to be a one time Rx. Have complained about this many times and have been given various feeble excuses. Sick and tired of being awakened at 8AM with CVS call urging me to come pick up my Rx. I have switched mainly to a mail order pharmacy and avoid having to deal with you. Against my better judgement today I shopped at the first store for various items for a total amount of $77.59. I had two coupons that had not expired. One of them was for "$4.00 off for $12.00 CVS Health Tampons, Pads and Liners". My total for those items was $15.28. The coupon was not honored, the clerk said she could not override "the machine". I spoke to the store manager who after trying different things in the end announced that it was not CVS's fault because the company who prints the coupon made a mistake. Why should I be responsible for a mistake made by a third party? Doesn't CVS contract with that company? Why doesn't CVS check on the accuracy of the printed coupons?If someone made a mistake, CVS should own up, change companies and minimallyhonor the coupon, instead of " Sorry, we can't do that" .I will no longer shop at a vendor that decimates forests with their toilet paper length coupons that, as in this instance, will not be honored. I am also sending a copy of this to the regulator of pharmacies although I doubt that you care at all.

Did a covid booster appointment twice and they cancelled 45 minutes before! My appointment was 9:00 (first to arrive at 8:45 am) 1 hour waiting they called four people that arrived after me. After a stress argument they gave me the vacine. Detail: I am a registered customer. To pick up my medication last time I went there five times! Not going back!

I go to cvs pharmacy located at 222 Saratoga Ave, Santa Clara mostly twice a week to pick up my husband’s medications. Even though I like all the staff members over there, they are very friendly and helpful but one person went above and beyond. Her name is Sabrina. I feel happy to see her at the counter, the way she does her work is commendable. She makes sure we are leaving the store satisfied. She is very attentive, smart, proactive and helpful. She also remembers the name:) I wanted to give her appreciation card or something, but may be its not allowed. I hope this note reaches out to her as a little Thank You note for all the good work she does.😊🙏

What in the hell is the good of being open until 10 when the pharmacy closes at 8. Another wasted 20 mile round trip. Their pharmacy drive up is closed in the evening. Last time my prescription was not ready when they said it was. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with them getting a prescription transfered to the Bismarck store. This is the store on south third street in Bismarck. Would be a great place to start a pharmacy.
