Horrible website that doesn't allow you to complete anything. You can literally finish an entire form only for the site to tell you that they cannot provide any further info and you can be sure that the time you allotted for will be gone on the schedule but you have not booked any appointment in fact. To further exacerbate the problem, you call your local pharmacy because you're fed up with the website itself, wait 25 minutes on hold only to have someone pick up and basically put the phone down as you hear people in the background. Specifically, the Middlesex Street plaza CVS in Lowell, MA. Good luck getting anything done here.

I came in to pick up medication and the Pharmacist Bita took her sweet time to check me in. The Pharmacy was completely lonely and only 1 tech working near her while she was sitting on her phone. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. worst customer service. College park, MD pharmacy

I'm not sure about all but the one on 17th and college in Wilmington NC Pharmacy is a joke I've had the unfortunate privelage of dealing with these incompetent idiot's for years running out of my meds only being able to partially fill a script then not give me the rest. To not being able to find any of my scripts I've been on for over 10 years

I was given the COVID vaccine (Pfizer)after 6 months I was asked to participate in RSV study to develop a vaccine, A person with RSV as highlighted by the email:-“person with RSV could start with flu symptoms then developed to pneumonia even chronic lung and heart disease even death.” How do you know I will develop RSV?I don’t want to be part of your study go and find a guinea pig.

Store 272 - Gloucester crossing - the store is great, the pharmacy is hell on earth. They do not ever answer the phone AT ALL and if you go there plan to be in line for a good 30 min at a minimum. But don’t try and call about anything You’ll be on hold for 30 plus min, then get frustrated and Hang up, you’ll try again later and tomorrow and the next day and the same thing will happen again and again, that’s if you don’t get hung up on by the on hold system. Can’t wait to get all my prescriptions out of that hell hole.

At 11am 1/5/22 I left a prescription to be filled @ store # 3776-I told store employee this would not be insurance that I would be paying for this-I was told would take 2 hours for RX to be filled. At 1pm I drove up to drive thru-(there were 3 cars ahead of me) At 1:30pm I finally pulled up to window-I told employee that I wanted to use the "singlecare" pharmacy savings card (card for exclusive use @ CVS) -I was told that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes since they had run it as "cash" & they were 2 hours behind. I had already waited 2 1/2 hours for the prescription-Bottom line I went ahead & paid $37.79 for the med that would have only cost me $12.00 with the "singlecare" card. -I think I'll be shopping around for another pharmacy!

I use the CVS Pharmacy in Kosciusko MS. They have an excellent staff and are always helpful. My husband and I took our COVID booster there today and you could not have asked for better service.

So in September I had the shingles and my doctor prescribed hydrocortisone. I was overly disappointed when I learned that I paid $58 for a $5 over the counter item. In the past a pharmacist would want to protect the patient at all possible costs. In the past the pharmacist when filling a prescription that could be obtained over the counter for less would tell the patient before the prescription is filled or purchased. What happened to that pharmacist? I am a senior citizen who feels that I was purposely gouged. I could not really afford this $58 and it took away from other necessities like food and gas. But I didn't know, and the pharmacists didn't care to be a pro pharmacist. Thanks. CVS for your non caring attitude.
