CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

We booked a Covid PCR test required for an endoscopy and after driving an hour in rush hour traffic we were told test is only done for air travel. This fact is not stated in online scheduling. What a waste of our time.

Whatever you do don't make an appointment to get your covid shot at CVS they will tell you that their computer doesn't have your appointment and if their computer doesn't have your appointment I'll call you a liar even though you show them your phone with text messages saying you have an appointment and your email which says you have an appointment in the f****** people behind the pharmacy counter are nasty I've been trying for 3 Days to get a shot and have failed miserably because of this stinking CVS pharmacies piece of crap public f****** customer assistance and you can't even get through to anybody to hang up on you they are the scum of the world I hate them like I told them last customer whatever it was to go to hell CVS

CVS terrible customer service - Surprise, AZ Cotton Lane location. Long wait times on the phone, in person and the drive thru. The drive thru is closed arbitrarily during the day (not talking about their lunch time). Covid testing should not be in the same lane as those picking up prescription. In person people behind the counter ignore people in line with no eye contact, I have seen where people who call in- staff ignore the calls. I remembering the announcement was “16 calls in the queue” and there were staff standing around. Then after 5 minutes or so one of them picked up the phone. Prescriptions are not available when we are notified they are. I understand that management is an issue, however anyone who works for any company should show quality in their work and ignoring customers is not quality service.

Customers should be aware that this CVS Pharmacy does not understand the concept of open 24 hours a day! I ordered a couple of pictures online and received an email from CVS photography that my pictures were ready, and I could come in and pick them up at any time. The following morning on the way to work I stopped to pick up my pictures at 7 AM. However, I found the door was locked and to the right of that door was a large sign that was lit up in red stating open 24 hours a day. So, I called the store, and a gentleman answered the phone, I could see this man in the store talking to me standing at the front door which was locked. He said that they would open at 8 AM. I pointed to the sign, and I said what is your interpretation of open 24 hours a day? His response was we will open at 8 AM. I asked him if he could send the photos to another CVS that is open, and he said no and hung up. I talked to other people and evidently this is a common occurrence. The store manager’s name is Joshua Whitaker.

Why does this pharmacy close their drive through and when you go inside to pick up your prescription they have their gates closed? So much for catering to customers and helping others. What a joke!

I was at CVS store #2400 on Sunday 4/24/2022 during my visit I went to self checkout Reg #8 TRN #1625 one of my items was not scanning store personnel on duty Manojol assisted me. Once I finished checking out I stepped to the side asI waited for my sister to pick me up. While being at store I witnessed a customer also checking out at self checkout Manajol offered her assistance she yelled I don’t need your help so he said okay and stepped to the side the reason he asked her was because she seemed like she was struggling during the time to pay. She insisted the machine was giving her ( Instacart transaction ). Cvs personnel advised her that it was her form of payment with issue and instead asked her perhaps to use another form of payment she insisted she’s used that card 4 times today and it’s not the card but the self checkout system so she became irate and yelled to employee do not talk to me bro leave me alone your pissing me off and stated I don’t care it’s not for me it’s for instacart and she just left items behind and exited store. Reason of my review is because I witnessed this event. I want to commend employee Manojol ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) he handled the situation well I feel no one should be treated that way.

I received a call from my regular CVS that my antidepressent medication was out of stock so I went there to see what could be done, if anything. I understand that with co-vid things are all messed up. I was told that another CVS had 3 bottles and to call them to confirm availability. I called and was on hold for 12 minutes and no one answered the phone. I drove to that store where there was only one person behind the pharmacy counter. The gentleman had an uncooperative attitude: he complained he had people waiting, had no staff to help, blah blah blah and referred me to another store. I was very frustrated when I arrived at the third store but Dawn Ferretti at the Bethany Home and 7th St store calmed my nerves and supplied me with enough medication to tide me over until the additional stock comes in. Thank you Dawn, you're any angel. Keep us the good work. Be safe.

I have had some pretty bad pharmacy experiences, and for the last two years at this location has been fine. But this week I called to get a refill, was told by an associate that it would have to be ordered. Fine, this has happened before. The associate told me at some point on Wednesday after they got their shipment in, it would be ready. I call today and am told by another associate that it was not received in the shipment. I asked why I was told that it would be ready by today if that just isn’t the case. He replied, “ I don’t know why they told you that. We are never guaranteed to get what we order.” Like, what? He then proceeds to tell me that he could order it now (it’s 7pm) and it MIGHT come in tomorrow. No guarantee. This is unacceptable. Tell me the truth from the beginning, and maybe I won’t believe you to be incompetent. I’m getting my prescription sent somewhere else in the morning and will never use this pharmacy again. Great relationship for 2 years, now lied to because whoever trained the staff did so inconsistently.
