As a seasoned UK business traveller to the USA I’m shocked at CVS’s exploitative prices. I was prescribed 3 Fluconazole tablets which CVS charged me $60. The price via an reputable online pharmacy was $3 each! As a result I’m advising any UK visitors and my colleagues to never shop for anything at CVS because they have forgotten who the boss is of CVS - The customers! CVS don't deserve our business!

The CVS on Middletown Road in Matawan is horrible. I left a prescription which I was told would take 30 minutes. I returned 25 hours later and it wasn't ready. I returned the next day and waited at the window. I rang the buzzer twice and was completely ignored. I still don't have my prescriptions. There HAS to be a better way!

I shop at the Boyertown store. I don't like to brag but my CVS Pharmacy is probably the best in a 50 mile radius. For instance, I went in yesterday for a script for allergy Med. My doctor never called it in. I asked Jenn the pharmacist if she knew of anything and told her I tried all the big name allergy meds. She smiled as she always does and told me about pataway eye drops used them, and just like that my eyes didn't itch and the irritating watering of them was gone. That whole crew in the pharmacy smiles always even when stressed out. So if everyone on here are bit ching about a certain CVs. Try another one. If you're close to boyertown,Pa. stop in mine . Trust me you will be satisfied Jenn,, Morgan and the rest of the team back there will give you the greatest customer service that you ever had at a pharmacy Thank you Jeremy K.

CVS pharmacy workers have become abusive. They get angry, rude & condescending when I use a coupon. They disconnect you on the phone. And now they lied and told me that my medicine had been discontinued which was a lie. Horrible customer service. This is medicine. People calling are ill. I’m at a point where I’m afraid to call for my meds & the automatic refill never works.

I paid for the care pass, what a waste of money. I can't get any of my meds delivered, can't even pay for them on the app, or website. Spent over an hour on the phone with them, got hung up on, transferred half a dozen times, all for nothing. I hate this company so much.

The lack of professionalism here. Is beyond ridiculous getting proper. Service is hard to get here. So even tho I'd been getting my scripts here. For a while doesn't mean anything. The pharmacy doesn't take the time to ensure. Your medication will be there on time monthly. Even after you've been getting them here for years. Then they send to the doctor for the medication script. But don't care to have the medication in stock. When they get the script. Calling is another whole issue. I've held on the phone for up to two hours. Trying to get in touch with someone. After getting a text to call for questions. Needless to say I'm switching now for sure. Not worth all the hassle you go thru here. When your a long time customer. You'd think they'd be able to have your medication. There to get your script on time. That's a no not at all.

I went to 1 of our 2 CVS stores on Saturday after receiving emails that my RX was ready. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying the pharmacy was closed because there was no pharmacist on duty. I returned on Sunday, by now a bit desperate for my meds, to find the pharmacy STILL closed and no one knew when it would open. I did manage to get everything transferred to another store, a bit of a drive for me . I've never even heard of something like this, but I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere. Completely unacceptable! This had to affect hundreds of people!

The CVS i have been using had their broadband accidentally cut, resulting in the entire store closing. That was on mid day Thursday and they are still closed, as of today, Sunday. I had 3 Rx that were already filled and prepaid for to pick up after work Thursday afternoon. I was told that because one of them is a controlled substance and is already paid for and filled, the other CVS stores will not transfer or re-fill it. When I tried to ask why the CVS pharmacies did not work in accordance and what recourse that left me with, the pharmacy literally told me they “weren’t going to go back and forth with me on this because it was not CVS’s fault.” Their solution is that I must have my Doctor call in a new Rx for it to a different store. So, a store issue becomes MY issue to solve? Seems like this could be a little negligent to me, what if it was heart medication or mental health medication I needed to take? They’ve always been slow to fill Rx and serve customers in the store and I seem to frequently have to call to check and see why the Rx is stuck “In Process” mode. I think I will ask them to UN fill all my Rx, refund my current pre payment and then transfer my Rxs to another store. Why continue to suffer with poor service for more money?
