I'm on seizure control medicine. I got notice yesterday that they can only give medicine through tomorrow because they are almost out. Since I'm on control drug they can't transfer it to another store. Hopefully they will get in tomorrow. They were not sympathetic.

Rudest Pharmacist ever.
I would give my experience NO stars, if I could...!! I am an elderly and disabled man 70 yrs. old, with major depression, and most recently diagnosed with a heart condition. My Dr. writes a particular prescription, and specifies it to be fill under a certain brand name. A pharmacist there (at 119 W. Marshall Ave. Longview Tx.) has been refusing to fill it that way for a YEAR, or more...I have called CVS Complaint Dept. numerous times about this. Today, I went to the pharmacy after ordering said medicine on the CVS phone app. I never received a call about whether it had been filled or not, so I got a ride to the pharmacy. (it's a block away and I do not have a car, and can usually walk to get my prescriptions) As usual, the medicine was not filled, and the particular pharmacist I have had all the trouble with said he was out of that medicine, when an employee said, "no, I have it right here." I told him I was very tired of this problem with my medication. He ran to the counter, and said "I'm tired of you threatening me every time you come here..!!!!" I said "I haven't threatened ANYONE that I know of..!!" He then said "You have threatened to kill me and my mother...!!!" Well, he didn't know that the lady I get rides from was standing behind me, and didn't have a clue she was with me. She said "He NEVER said anything like that to you." The pharmacist then called the police and had me CT'd from the store (filed Criminal Trespass) I have had my meds there for 12 years, and usually walk to my pharmacy. I have never had a problem there, other than HIM, AT THAT STORE, and I'm friendly with all the employees there, and always have been. I have had NO crimes against anyone. (not even a parking ticket for 32 years.) I have called this in to CVS Complaint Dept. NUMEROUS times, and they do NOTHING, and it resulted in me moving all my prescriptions to Kroger's a mile away, where it's difficult to walk all that way. I am ready to take this to an attorney, now. Store employees were like "what's going on, Bryan?" I said "The pharmacist just filed criminal trespass on me"...The employees were all SHOCKED, to say the least. Like I said, I am going to look for the best attorney I can to handle this. JUST UNREAL..!!!

I encourage everyone to not go to the CVS pharmacy in olmsted falls. every time I call they are so rude,! Yesterday trying to get a script one day early because I was leaving town for the holiday, my insurance company called them and I was given a vacation override to fill a script one day early, mind you I have cancer, torm a lot, and arthritis, 5 minutes later they called me and said no without a explanation, and the pharmacist actually hung up on me. I called headquarters, and CVS lied and said I was trying to get the script 3 days early when it was actually one. So ruined my vacation plans,! I went threw drivethrew today to confront the pharmacists, and was told basically they are god and have the final say! A monkey could do there job,! Whatever happned to compassion.? Aren’t they ther to help people. .? Apparently not.Thy do what they want I. The rudest manner.

I have recently been to two cvs stores in a week at the pharmacy. I had very good service at both pharmacies. I was in and out quickly and did not have to wait too long. The techs were nice and very helpful. I was at the cvs at 95th and Anticoh and 135 th and Briar. Thank you so much for your excellent service. I am not one to write a review but felt my experience was too good not to write a review

The Mount Joy Pa pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. There registers were down and you can’t get a script. Once I was able to I’m informed that the insurance doesn’t cover it. I said that’s fine I will pay cash for it. So then they informed me it would be 20-30 minutes. They weren’t sure where the pharmacist was at. Total disorganization behind the counter of 4 people. Nobody Seems to know what is going on. This place is a total disaster. You guys should be ashamed of your company. It is definitely time to find a new pharmacy!

very sad with CVS customer service!!!!!!
My nasal sample for COVID-19 test was processed with errors so that I had to cancel my international travel. The customer service representative was not willing to help at all.

Want the worst pharmacy? Then go to CVS!
First, it is important to note that over the past year I have yet to fill a prescription with CVS, either through their online portal or directly through the pharmacy, that has not been a total mess. Here's my most recent:
On 11/12/22 I placed a refill order via their online portal for a script to be refilled at my local CVS. The prescription was valid, was eligible for refill and had 2 refills available. The online protal accepted the order, listed that it would be available the next day by 12 noon and sent me an email verification. As I was not goin to pick it up until the morning of the 14th, I went back to the online portal on the night of the 13th to verify it was ready for pick-up. The portal had no record of the order and had reverted the prescription back to 2 refills and available for refill. So, I called my local pharmacy after hours and placed the order again via the automated phone system. It accepted the order and said it would be available the next day (11/14/22) after 12 noon. A few minutes later, I checked the portal and it reflected the order I had just placed. Since the store is always busy in the afternoon, I pick up my scripts at 9AM as soon as they open, so planned on picking it up on the morning of the 15th. Late evening on the 14th, I rechecked the online portal to make sure it was ready for me to pick up the following morning. Not really surprised, I found there was no order again and the refills had again reverted back to 2 available. I waited until 8AM ET on the 15th and called customer service and chose the option for online problems. I got a rep and explained to him in detail what had transpired. His first response was to tell me it was between me and my local pharmacy. I let him know that I had been complaining to my local phrmacy re: numerous problems over the past year, all to no avail. I further explained to him that I was primarily calling customer service about the online portal problems. His response was, "There's nothing I can do about it."
Unfortunately, CVS is the only pharmacy within reasonable driving distance of my home, so I'm stuck with them. They never notify me when a prescription is ready for refill, despite having ALL my refills marked as NOT to auto-refill, they constantly do and even just a week ago they refilled, without an auto-refill on the prescription or my requesting it, a prescription that was written for a 30-day supply of 90 pills, but they filled it with 270 pills for 90 days. That was despite the fact that it only had 2 refills left, totaling 180 pills. So, they dispensed 90 pills that they had no valid prescription for and are still listing it as having another refill left.
These people (everyone associated with CVS and Caremark) don't care about the law, don't care about doctor's orders and don't care about the customer. I will be filing complaints with the State of Calif. over the fact they dispensed a medication without a valid prescription. Unfortunately, due to my insurance and the lack of availability of other options to get my prescriptions filled, I'm stuck with them. My advice to toehrs is if you have a choice, go elsewhere. Using CVS is an absolute nightmare!

I am unable to get rx filled in time…
I am unable to get rx filled in time before it runs out, every month it is one or the other, they wont order it until they get all the insurance stuff, ( even though they could) and then it is back ordered until right up to the day he takes his last pill in the morning and then the heros call me up and see it came in 5 days after requesting it, they stink
