This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, and I'm almost 60 yrs! They never pick up their phones, their lines are really long, they don't really fill any script that your doctor sends them, and then they'll give you the dosage in grams! Amazing their incompetence. This store is 8940 the one on Westchester Ave, Bronx, NY. I'm going to look for another pharmacy. Oh how I miss Rite Aid...

Tonight I went to the 24 Hour CVS Pharmacy off of Lincoln and Jordan in Parker, Colorado. It was simply the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy hands down. My doctor called in a prescription twice and left voicemails both times. The pharmacist told me no voicemails were left on my behalf. The pharmacist was so short and rude to her coworkers and me. She is a thin blonde haired lady in her mid 50’s. Her attitude was just unbelievable. I left feeling like a piece of trash. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in my entire life.

This company is the worst in getting meds out. Do not waster your time here.

6 hours to fill a prescription while I paced the store for 4 of those hours. Not sure why these unprofessional, incompetent, glorified store clerks get off, but CVS is truly PATHETIC!

Yep... same as all other reviews. Horrible service. The actual worst. 90 minutes on the phone... still on hold. Anywhere is better than here. F on the BBB website. Complete ineptitude. Gross incompetence. Wow- an update... called "customer care" at corporate... they said to wait on hold... I called when they opened. Still on hold. 4 hours. Last update. Wow, just wow. DO NOT GO THERE. CVS... watch this... I am transferring my scripts to a competing pharmacy further away. I think you are that horrible... "horrible" that's being really nice. You will never get a penny from me again. Not that you actually care.

I am a frequent customer of this pharmacy!! My wife and I have been patronizing these stores for many years! But this is for all of the stores in the Daly City area and Peninsula. These so and so's will not let you use their restrooms!!! I'm 73, have a bad knee and it's always like pulling teeth!! I can understand when the pandemic was on and the rules then! Since then they have opened their bathrooms but still are making excuses. It's out of order. See the register. Go back to the pharmacy. It needs a pass code. Easy solution I'm not shopping here anymore. I'm a frequent reviewer. Please heed what I have said next stop mahagement Corp. and their also getting a copy! There's a lot of elderly people payng them their overpriced $ for Items. Very disappointing for not letting a Human Being use their facilities. Shame on you CVS!

I APPRECIATE HER SERVICES WITH A SMILE AND URGENCY TO ENSURE MY PHOTO WAS PRINTED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THANKS FOR AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE ON MY DAY OF RUSHING!!! THANKS

Automatic teller, said the prescription was ready drove to CVS. Waited in line, got up with the associate, and surprise it wasn’t ready and it would be at least another hour mind you I waited an extra half hour after the time they said it was ready to go there staffer gives me the line “we are short staffed” and I said you should update your automatic teller so that people don’t come here if the scripts aren’t ready, that would be the correct thing to do. She just gives me a stupid look I was wondering which category CVS proudly puts this business practice under? Hmmm convenience? value? or service? for this usual awful experience you get whenever you go there. I told my son not to put his prescriptions at CVS cause theyprobably will be some kind of issue like always but he did anyway and so here I am to let you know what you have to look forward to if you use them. CVS is a two thumbs down!! Go somewhere else
