Awful cs Placed order over two weeks ago with suspected ship date within reasonable time as leaving on trip and wanted to try the clothes. Suspected ship date came and went with no information. Weeks later received email blaming hurricane for delay but still no ship date and no attempt to make it right and expedite shipping and no real answer other than we are busy. However still received promotional emails. Clothes will Not arrive on time. No accountability for inability to run competently

I can not get shipping information or expected delivery dates for an order placed over a week ago. Several attempts through chat resulted in the same reply. "Our sale is doing really well so we are behind" Thats it, thats all. Meanwhile, I have gotten several emails asking me to buy more as well as online marketing doing the same. Well they did get back to me. They hope to ship in a week after I contacted them. Oh, and they gave me a one time $15 discount code for my next purchase. This is on an orde of $350. And, yes, they have extended the sale, that they say is causing all the back ups in shipping. Seems like a customer first organization would not do that or minimally put notifications on the site that they are taking over 2 weeks to ship orders. You can not speak to a person and a request to speak with a supervisor was met with a basic, "they'll get back to you.' It is going to very hard to want to attempt to do business with them again. After all, there are so many other choices and options available.

Cuts needs to get a handle on their shipping. They don’t have the bandwidth to provide industry standard shipping TAT. First-time customer… I hope the quality is good because shipping logistics appear to be a nightmare.

My order failed at checkout but the PayPal payment was processed. I've been charged in full over £200 with no order. Ice used the contact form and received a few replies saying they're looking into it and now they've stopped responding. I placed the order 5 days ago, have heard nothing for 3 days. I have had to raise a claim via PayPal now. Really frustrating and disappointing as I've ordered successfully twice before. Never again!

It takes forever, I emailed them and they said 5-7 working days to process the order not counting 2-4 days of warehouse processing.Warehouse processing?? What is that?? So probably i will get my order in 2 weeks. This is shipping review not the quality of the product which i hope is premium.

I bought a few t shirts and joggers but have been having problems with the delivery 2 times. Since the first inconvenience I reached out customer service I they solved my issues ASAP! Nat was in charge of the follow up of my order, and has been THE BEST customer service experience I have ever had!! THANKS NAT!!!

Awesome customer service. We ordered a bunch and never created an account. They set one up and retroactively added the reward points! Nat was awesome! My go to gear!!
