Hi. I had 2 seperate orders that did not fit me at all, and i did not like them. When you return something, they charge you $8 to return. So i bought 2 $54 shirts, spent $108 and received $92 back. Not a good company if thats how they do business. I like their clothing but return policy jipped me out of $16, which i could have used on their own products?!?

Had a small issue with my order & Irene jumped in to make things right. Outstanding customer service & kept a loyal customer happy to continue to support the brand!!

Update! After this post, a representative reached out to me by email, and straightened things up. I was informed that the cut I selected was the slim one and the classic fit should be fit me better, and they fully reimbursed me. To be honest this was a great surprise, as I was was not expecting much out of this review other than sharing my experience so other users could know what to expect. But I’m glad to say the company was more than fair on the way the handle the situation, so I’m bumping the rating from 1 to 4 star. Still not a 5 because, even though I know it was a slim fit, that XXL is not true to size compared to other brands. But the customer service left a very good impression. RIDICULOUSLY SMALL If you are an xxl, don’t even bother. Bought it few years ago, returned it cause it was super small. Got an email few weeks later saying the sizes had been adjusted to Industry standard. Decided to give it another try and completely regret it. Same thing. Worst part is the return policy. Delivery got delayed so when arrived I was traveling and when I arrived 3 weeks later, couldn’t return it anymore. Do not recommend. Just pure marketing

Had a quality issue with my first order from them and then reached out. Their customer service is amazing and i'm very thankful that they are brand that stands by their product. Fit of the clothing is great.

I will say, after the excessive wait time, I finally got my order. The shirts and pants are wonderful. I simply wish I didn't have to wait so long for them. I placed the order on August 24th, and got them on September 22nd. The wait time is why I am rating 4 stars, however, I have decided to delete my original reviews given the look and feel of the product. I would advise however, that if you are bigger than 6'1" and weigh more than 200 lbs, don't get a Large, get an extra large for the shirts. I know they are supposed to compliment your body shape, but large for me is on the edge of being too snug (I'm 6'2" and weigh 210 lbs). They are still great. @cutsclothing, I apologize for my impatientience, but the whole situation was crazy. I would like to order more stuff from you, as long as you guys can promise it won't take a month and 2 misplaced shipments to get to me.

Where to even start? I’ve had nothing but issues since deciding to give Cuts a shot. I have had luck with one of their competitors, that starts with a B and ends with YLT. I made an order during their big sale, which now I understand might have been the issue. You pay for shipping, that takes two weeks. And you also pay for shipping insurance! My order came in missing pieces, wrong sizes, and missing tags. I emailed customer service, since there’s no number to actually call. It took a couple of days for someone to actually emailed me back. Their response was basically so sorry there is some credit for your order. Of course, by this time the sale is over. And the credit they gave me didn’t even cover half of the items I ordered in the first place. Not to mention items were out of stock. OK. I use that credit for a second order. For less items. But I still had to pay for shipping and extra insurance. Second order finally arrived…. The wrong item is shipped. I emailed again. They give me a code for yet another credit towards the item I originally bought. And of course out of stock. So I looked through all of their items that was at or around the amount for credit. When I tried to use the credit, it says that the credit cannot be applied to those items. I sent an email. Customer service responded “ the code is not yet active. Try again later.” so I try again later. Still not active. Next day, I emailed him again the screenshots of the inactive code. He gives me another code. And guess what?! Still not active. This has been going on for about a month now. It’s been extremely frustrating. Customer service has been extremely terrible. And I am starting to regret making an order in the first place. I bet the item I want now is going to be out of stock before I actually am able to order with that credit.

The products are pretty good. Nice simple shirts, however they stain extremely easily. Huge cons: their non existent customer service. If you have ANY issues you can only send email communication. The responses always come from people that clearly aren't really efficient in English, so they never ever even respond to your concern. I ordered once using their eco friendly shipping. They claimed that everything arrived 2 weeks late because of the eco friendly shipping.( btw I still don't know why I paid the extra). Recently they had a promo. A shirt and Hoodie for USD $129. Once I was ready to pay it was charging me CAD$290( which is about USD$220. About $100 more than their advertised promo). I've tried customer service once again. Provided screenshots. They claimed they don't know the taxes in my country, Like I lived at some far away country where no one ever ordered from before. ( I ordered from Canada). So.. the shirts are fine, but honestly, they don't work the headache and the risk

I was excited for my first purchase from their anniversary sale. Bought almost $600 worth of clothes on 16 August. Was so excited to receive them. I tracked the shipping number they gave me and noticed there were no updates for a few weeks. I emailed several times and they ignored my emails. Finally heard back after 3 weeks and was told to be patient until Sept 15th (almost a month later). Come Sept 15th still no tracking update. Now they said the package is likely lost and they'll re-send. That said, over half the items I ordered from their sale are no longer in stock. I also contacted DHL (the shipper they supposedly used). And DHL confirmed they only received a shipping label, Cuts never gave them a package to ship out. So it seems like it was never really lost from shipping... Cuts never delivered it to the shipper. I'm extremely disappointed.
