I ordered three items and only liked two of them. I’ve been trying for a month to return the other one, but I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere. I would not order from this brand unless you plan on keeping everything you ordered because there is zero chance you’re getting a return

I returned an item and Cuts received it on September 14. As of September 30, I have not received my refund. I emailed customer service on September 24 and received only an auto-reply saying someone would respond within 24–48 business hours. Nobody did. I followed up on September 28 and again on September 30. Still no response and no refund. Disappointing customer service.

I should give them zero stars - worst customer service possible. Overpriced, low grade clothing. SoHo pant seems came apart after 1-month of owning, would not send out a new pair. Stay far away from this trash brand.

DON'T WANT YOU TO RETURN FRAUD Cuts make it very difficult and confusing to make returns. Deliberate. Fraudulent.

I would not recommend ordering from Cuts. Their sizing runs small, and when I did an exchange, they cancelled one of the replacement items due to stock issues that they didn't disclose upfront. Instead of honoring original free shipping on my exchange, they refunded me in store credit and now force me to pay an additional $9 in shipping just to reorder the item. Their customer service is completely handled by an automated AI agent that offers hollow empathy without actually escalating the issue or connecting you with a human representative. Their bot regurgitated my words literally in under a minute and promised an escalation that never happened. This is just a drop shipping company that has their orders managed by a third-party and does not have a customer support team. My request was very simple: waive the exchange shipping fee as it was your fault to not disclosed in advanced that the item was out of stock. Any human would have fulfilled that request, however, their system is setup to lose a customer over $9. Their product is not even great. T-shirts are slightly better than True Classic, but twice as expensive, not a great value. Their button up shirts is made out of this synthetic fabric that feels cheap, and even thought it has ventilation holes throughout, the fabric itself is not very breathable.

Had two different packages arriving on the same day. Packages were already delayed than the expected 5-7 business day shipping. Received a text message from their shipping company, Veho, that my packages were delivered. The packages were delivered to the wrong address, which I have picture confirmation, and the delivery service even confirmed that the packages were delivered to the wrong location. When I reached out to Cuts Customer Service, they were not helpful and would not provide me a refund. I emailed back and forth with their team, more than 13 emails exchanged, yet they will not take accountability for the incorrect delivery. Do not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and accountability.

Clothing showed up sewn incorrectly. Was forced to return and pay for shipping

Worst experience ordering online from a store. Customer service doesn’t respond. Clothing takes weeks to receive even if you pay for expedited shipping. Still waiting on my first order to even arrive.
