Cuts send me the wrong color shirt. I emailed them and asked for an exchange within a few days of getting the shirt. It was never/unworn. They responded that I needed to give more info. I did. They then never go back to me. I have sent several follow ups and have been ignored. I do not recommend them. I replied several times and they kept sending responses asking for the same stuff over and over. I sent it at least 5 times. I am raising the review a little because they reached after I published this.

Hey Ryan,
We're so sorry about this!
We see that our team reached out asking for some information and, unfortunately, never received the follow-up email with the requested pictures.
We'll have someone else reach out directly now!

Nonexistent customer support.
Nonexistent customer support.
I am a Cuts member (paid for their membership) and I can attest Cuts has downgraded their customer support completely.
I have spent a lot of money on this clothing brand. Recently I have tried to contact customer support on 3 occasions to no avail. First replying to their order email, and the rest using their Contact Us form. Zero response, zero acknowledgment they got my message. Are they going down and cut down on customer support?
Will not buy from them anymore if you’re unable to make a simple request such as asking for a return.
If you order something from them, good luck.

Don’t accept returns or exchanges outside of the US
Ok merchandise but they size very big and if you are not in the US they don’t accept returns or exchanges . I lost 650$ of merchandise that was just way too big . I even offered to cross the border to return the items but they refused . I did not see anything about that when I placed the order .

Hi Lucie,
We're sorry for your recent experience and confusion! We do offer returns internationally, just not exchanges.
We'll have a member of our team reach out directly!

The AO Tee Is Gone — CUTS Is a Different Company Now
From Uniform to Commodity — A Decade of Loyalty Discarded
I’ve been a CUTS customer for over a decade. Not casually — systemically.
I built my entire daily California wardrobe around the AO Curved Hem Tee. Dozens upon dozens of shirts. Carefully folded, color-organized, maintained. Same fit. Same fabric weight. Same construction. Every time. That consistency is what made a $50 T-shirt worth it.
My most recent purchase — 16 shirts — confirmed that the product I relied on no longer exists.
The changes are not subtle:
• The fabric is thinner and cheaper-feeling
• The cut is looser, boxier, less athletic
• Construction details were altered without notice
CUTS later confirmed these were intentional changes. This wasn’t a bad batch. It was a new direction.
That alone would be disappointing.
What followed was worse.
It took nearly two weeks to get a meaningful response. Multiple automated replies. Slow, deflective communication. When a human finally responded, there was no recognition of loyalty, no acknowledgment of scale, no attempt to preserve a long-term customer relationship.
I shared photos showing the quantity and care of my CUTS shirts — clear evidence that this wasn’t a one-off purchase, but a decade-long commitment. That context meant nothing.
The only resolution offered was a standard return process — the same outcome any first-time buyer would receive. No accommodation. No goodwill. No effort to retain someone who had effectively been a walking advertisement for the brand for years.
This is the definition of brand betrayal:
CUTS built its reputation on precision, consistency, and fit — then quietly abandoned the customers who built their lives around that promise.
What you get now is a shirt that feels marginally better than mass-market basics, dressed up in seasonal colors, still priced like a premium staple. The value proposition is gone.
Brands are allowed to change.
But when they do it by discarding their most loyal customers without acknowledgment, they’re no longer premium — they’re just expensive.
I’m keeping the shirts only to avoid a time-consuming return process. I won’t be buying again.
Update !!!!
After this review was posted, a NEW CUTS customer service representative (Ivan) reached out, acknowledged the communication breakdown, escalated my feedback internally, and offered a goodwill refund. I appreciate the professionalism and effort shown at that stage.
My original review stands regarding the product changes.
The AO Curved Hem Tee is now an imposter.
The loss of the original shirt is what triggered this experience.
Dispite my unfortunate experience Ivan gets 5 stars.

Cheap and overpriced
The shirts are way overpriced. I even purchased the shirts at 50% of their retail price due to a special they were running, and I still felt like I paid too much for the quality. I was hoping for a truly excellent t-shirt, and they are not. They are a thin, largely polyester, cheap-feeling fabric with a large "Made in China" tag on them. I paid $34 per t-shirt and bought four different colors, which is 50% of their normal price. Tried them on and the sizing was inconsistent, not to mention they already run really small. I normally wear a size large, but I read that they run small. I felt like I needed a 2XL! I wear Large or XL in every other brand I've ever tried. They have a nice website, and the purchase was easy, but they make overpriced garbage. They are $15-$25 t-shirts at most.

Poor quality
I tried posting a review of the “Alpha vest”on their website, but it turns out they don’t allow any negative reviews. I was disappointed with the quality. Especially considering the high price. It’s absurd that they can charge so much for clothing that falls apart. Very suspicious indeed.

A small cry for help!
I have recently been looking to get a hold of cuts given I found out that they have a rebate program. Like most on here - I am a loyal literally the only T-SHIRT I wear (20 t shirts, 5 long sleeve t shirt hoodies, 4 regular hoodies) My complaint is certainly not with the product or the quality. In fact - when I found out that they had a referral program they researched and found out that I have a sizable rebate available and that they would apply to my account! Amazing!! I created a shopping cart full of items and am waiting for my sizable credit to be applied so I can pull the trigger and reload my closet.
That was 8 days ago. Now each day they send an email (between 10:30 and 11AM) letting me know I need to create an account under the email listed and they will apply the credit.
I have created the account and am replying to the emails - and still each day receive an email letting my know they haven't heard from me and need me to create the account to get the credit.
On Tuesday, when I replied to their message - I attached my work email as a recipient to ensure that the mail goes through. Voila - the email went through.
So here is where my cry for help lies.
Cuts - your website does not have a chat function, there is no customer service phone contact, and you are obviously not getting the emails that are sending.
My positive experience has gone from: Anxious and excited, over the moon with the initial response, filling my cart happy to spend additional hundreds of dollars, to frustrated they aren't getting my responses, to annoyed knowing the email works and I'm not getting a response.
So now I am imploring Cuts via a poor review - to contact me and make this a 5 star!

Hey Jeb,
Sorry for the back and forth! We're seeing Nat, responded to your email earlier today confirming we've since transferred the points from one of your accounts to your preferred account.
Thanks for bearing with us. Sometimes, the transfer process can take time, as not everyone has direct access to the necessary platform.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
