I ordered 4 items over a month ago and…
I ordered 4 items over a month ago and still have not received a single item. I've tried to track the order via Shop, and where it previously said "in transit," it now says "no order found." I'm wondering if CustomFam is a scam.

PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY! Do A SEARCH first. The website is shady and the official location is even shadier. I got 2 shirts just recently for fathers day, they are as thin as paper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pictures DO NOT MATCH

Wrong items sent, refuse to replace or credit!
I ordered 3 each, 4th of July 250 T shirts, and the shirts that arrived were a completely different style (Round neck, box fit, vs. women's V neck as pictured.) I contacted Customfam immediately, and thus began a protracted negotiation that I've been dealing with for 2 months. They insist I made the mistake when ordering even though I have a confirmation stating V neck shirts with the actual picture of what I ordered, vs. what I received. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to dispute the payment next. VERY Disappointing customer service, and product quality on the wrong shirts was poor as well!

Item not as pictured, poor customer service.
The items are not really quilted. They are a screen print. Ordered the valentine highland cows. Ordered the small size, got the largest size and it was not at all like the picture. Ordered a 4th of July T shirt, it was the worst shirt I have ever seen. Poor customer service. They responded to first email, asked for a picture of the cows, I sent it and then 3 days later and a second email and still no response.

Misrepresentation of product/OVERPIRCED for what we got!
We ordered specialty cocktail glasses to commemorate the United States 250 years and paid $45 per glass. They absolutely misrepresented the quality of this item. What we got is something you’d purchase from the dollar store. It wasn’t etched with beautiful colored glass and a thick rim, but instead was a wrap around cheap cover. Ridiculous! We will not purchase anything from this company going forward.

Can’t return for full refund
The customer service is responsive and articulate. However, to return a product is a long production and protracted which felt like negotiations. Eventually I had to do a dispute with my charge card company to demonstrate the fabric hamper was not what was expected or pictured. They used the words structured which felt like it was sturdy enough to stand on its own as it was pictured which it does not.

Item received was not acceptable. Stripes were smeared and fabric was very cheap.

The shirt I received didn’t even resemble the one ordered. After attempting to contact the company to start a return, a month had gone by with no contact.
