We want to clarify that all our blankets are 100% manufactured in the United States. Regarding the Texas address and Chicago phone number, we have multiple offices across the US to better serve our customers. However, our entire manufacturing process takes place within the United States. We're unsure why you received information suggesting the product was shipped from China, but we can assure you this is an error. We will investigate our shipping processes to ensure such incidents don't occur in the future. Concerning the blanket's thickness, we offer various types with different thicknesses. If you'd like to exchange it for a thicker one, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We'd be happy to assist you with more information and support.
