We were VERY happy with the overall experience with this company. The craftsmanship of the bobblehead was fantastic. It truly exceeded our expectations and looked so similar to the photos we provided. It shipped quickly and in secure packaging. The staff was prompt in responding to messages and was sure to detail the bobblehead to our liking, accepting requests throughout the process. I would, without hesitation, buy from this company again. I highly recommend them!

I sent in a photo that wasn't that clear, but the company captured the essence of the person and created a bobblehead that was far above what I was hoping for. I loved that I was given the opportunity to approve the face before they proceeded. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but that wasn't a problem for me. Order early!

A truly great Christmas Present! Their products and communication are top notch! Very satisfied and very much recommended. Thank You again and Happy Newyear !

I received a bobblehead from another a company and it was horrible. I reached out to this company, and they were very attentive to what I needed the bobblehead to look like. I love the bobblehead and the captured the important features. I highly recommend.

My experience with Custom Bobbleheads was great from start to finish. There were plenty of good options to choose from, the upload process for photos was easy, and I received my first proof of the bobblehead within a few days of submitting my request. I requested two adjustments and they made them without question. Communications were prompt, professional and always courteous. The bobblehead was packaged securely and arrived without issue - very happy with the finished product. This is the second bobblehead we have purchased from Custom Bobbleheads and will be back for more in the future!

I was sent pictures as the project progressed for approval. And the bobbleheads arrived expertly wrapped to ensure they were intact. They look fantastic!

Amazing customer service! Chris helped us tremendously throughout the process to ensure our order looked perfect. We were also on a tight timeline, and he made sure that we received our order ahead of schedule. Chris and his team is amazing, and we look forward to ordering in the future.

I loved the way the artist worked to make the Custom Bobble Head to the buyers' specifications. Took no time at all for the completed process. The quality was top notch, and the gift recipient could not have been more surprised or happier! Thank you!
