The process was so easy and Chris and his team were attentive. We needed 38 bobbleheads pretty quickly and they got the job done. Everyone at our event LOVED the finished product! definitely using CBUS again next year.

Right from the start of when I placed my order, Chris was so helpful offering advice, asking if the skin color was correct (which I took his recommendation & it was spot on) He would send pictures to get my approval or if I would like changes. When I received the bobblehead for my grandson, I could not believe how much it resembled him! Cannot wait to give it to him on his birthday!

I found Custombobbleheadsus very easy to work with. They pay attention to many details. I was able to get customized work on my sculpture, and the resemblance is perfect. When you reach out to Custombobbleheadsus, they get back to you very quickly. The bobblehead was completed in under three weeks.

Communicative and collaborative. We had issues with shipping but they did everything they could to track things down and got it all sorted out. That and product looks great!

I specifically stated in 2 emails that the skin tone would be the same as the photo that I sent. One was African American and the other was Iranian. The bobble head I received was white. Skin tone is not a facial feature. The person I corresponded with was Chris, no last name on his email and no signature on the bottom of his email. The phone number I called from the web site showed up as a Kentucky number, not Colorado and the mail box was full. I have asked this Chris to call me and he has avoided calling. I would advise any potential customer to avoid doing business with this company.
