I had several communications with the customer service team, which was outstanding. They wanted to be sure the bobble was right and precise as much as I did. I appreciated that and the end result was great. The only thing I wd mention was the issues with shipping delays. But....then again it was crunch time for all shipping companies so I did understand. Thank you!

I received an email to check on several aspects of the project, i.e. Head/facial details, color of the hair, eyes, and clothing. Their response time was quick. The finished project just was perfect. The shipping didn't take too long and the packaging insure that it arrived in perfect condition It was meant to be a Christmas present, but I couldn't wait to give it.
