CustombobbleheadsusReviews of custombobbleheads.us

Talented artists that did a great job and kept in communication. Only criticism I have is that the hair on one of the heads is keeping it from moving, which was an upcharge that I had to pay. Other than that, great job!

It was great that I could communicate with the artist and get the customizations right! Just that it took very long (almost a month) to get to me which was unexpected as I assumed the 8-12business days is the max time it would take. Nevertheless, happy with the customization. Just that the item is extremely fragile and could use a little finishing like a polish coat so it doesn’t get spoilt. Now even if I hold it tightly it becomes misformed.

Quick response and very helpful response from CBUS email and willing to reach out to find out what the issue is. I still disappointed in the delivery system.

My bobblehead after a few changes came out great. Lots of communication back and forth till we got it just right. Bought for a birthday party. Should be fun to see peoples reactions! Thanks again for working with me to get it just right.

The custom bobblehead team worked closely with me to ensure the bobblehead looked as close as possible to the person I was ordering for. They emailed me pictures throughout the process and adjusted quickly when I asked for things like a little more gray in a beard. After the bobblehead shipped, they still wanted to know if I was happy with it after seeing it personally. The level of customer service they provide is incredible. The bobbleheads I have ordered matched the people I ordered for so accurately!

My only complaint was that it was difficult to see the actual shape of the face until the hair was applied. It would have been helpful if they had a way, even just digitally, to show how the hair looks. I suspected, and reported, I thought the cheeks looked too full but wasn't sure, so we approved the head. Once the hair was on, it accentuated the full cheeks, so I paid to have another full face done. Once the new face and hair was done, it looked great. They were nice to work with and responsive, would definitely do it again!

The artist communicated well. He did not make final crafting until I was satisfied
