After weeks and weeks of more attempts, the company sent me replacement bobbleheads. I commend the company for the effort it expended, but the bobbleheads still do not match the promise of the company’s website. The dolls that I received, both the original and the replacement, can not be mistaken for faithful replicas of the photos that I sent. The process left me with no alternative but to accept the unsatisfactory product. They tried hard. They didn’t succeed. One has to question the authenticity of the glowing reviews found on their website.

at present this matter is being addressed in a timely fashion so would like to raise my one star to a 3 star. I finally gave up. I showed the photo and the CBUS rendition to people who did not know the subject and not one person thought they looked alike. For those who know him, I showed only the CBUS, and no one named my son as the original. The restocking fee was ridiculous so I took the bh and spun a story on how unique he is. There is a bald circle on his head where hair should be. what happened?

Company may claim to be in the U.S. but it was clear I was dealing with an overseas person when exchanging the proofs and feedback. I'd answer in the morning and wouldn't have a response until the next morning. The shipment originated in central China. Overall, the bobble-head wasn't as accurate as the photos/examples on its website. In going back and forth with the maker, where I indicated multiple times that certain facial features were missing, it never appeared that the maker never made the requested change. I finally gave up trying to get the maker to change the head. The names and date on the base just looked like someone wrote it poorly by hand using a Sharpie.
