Very glad I didn’t go with a full family setting, which I had originally planned on doing. So, I’m only out $200 and not $500. This was a very underwhelming experience, and definitely not worth it. I paid extra for the 10+ years experienced person to create this, but it didn’t help. You have to approve a face with no hair, and no changes to the face afterwards. You ever see your wife bald before? The face looks so different when it doesn’t have hair versus when it does. They made the figures look 20 years older than they were in the picture and even when I said to get rid of wrinkles and smooth out the face, my wife still looked older than in the picture. And only one of the heads bobbles. The way they made my wife’s hair it appears to keep her head from bobbling. At this point, I don’t even know that I’ll chance giving it as the anniversary present I was planning to. I have a feeling it would land me in the dog house.

I’m giving 2 stars because the product was cute, but I ordered this on February 10th, and paid for express 4-6 days shipping and left a tip. I received it on March 13th, over a month from when I ordered it. They should have taken the extra fees off if they couldn’t do an express order. I’ll definitely choose a different company for the next one.
