From ordering the bobblehead to the creation/approval process, their staff is attentive and listens to changes requested. The shipping process has been smooth, with all orders received safely and promptly.

We are absolutely thrilled with our custom bobblehead that we are using as a fundraiser for our school program! The whole process was so easy from start to finish—great communication every step of the way and they really made sure everything turned out just right. The final product looks fantastic and has so much personality. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience or a better result!
