This was one of the best customer experiences Ive had. The team here had open communication through each step and awaited my verification on how I thought the model looked. Highly recommend

I was skeptical upon seeing the ad, but thought it would make an outstanding gift for my two daughters. Took that chance and found it to be amazing! The team was very engaging, sending me photos of each step...face, body, face with hair....the likenesses are truly amazing!

From start to finish and the product was amazing! Right away within a couple of days I got an email and they had already started on it working on the face and I got to approve that in the hair a couple of different phases and then release them to go to finish the whole product. I really appreciate the email communication and how clear it was and how efficient they work. The product is amazing! Really captures our faces and they have so many varieties of standard poses and clothes and basis to sit on. Highly recommend.

Got a custom bobble head made as a wedding gift. Took a bit of back and forth before we settled on the final product but they did an amazing job!

Communication was fabulous, received an update when each part was completed. Had the option to alter the design, but everything was perfect first time. This is the third time I’ve had a custom bobble head made by this company, looking forward to the next one!
