CustombobbleheadsusReviews of custombobbleheads.us

Working with a company that was totally responsive to my feedback made the experience really great. They will walk you through every phase of production in an extremely timely manner, and are very open to your requests for changes. They will work hard to make sure you're satisfaction is the ultimate goal.

Chris was hands down the best to work with! He made every change I asked for without hesitation. We absolutely love the bobbleheads and will definitely order again from CBUS. If you want your bobblehead done right, look no further than CBUS.

The bobblehead quality was exceptional. Very realistic. I couldn't be happier.

My bobblehead idea was so silly, I had doubts before I even placed my order. In doing so, I set my expectations low. The expedited proofing process (paid extra) was impressive, and the final product came out even better than the proofs appeared. If you're on the fence about ordering because of the cost, know that you really are getting an exceptionally detailed, high quality, and completely custom product. I would 100% order it again. Also know that this product ships from rural China, so even the expedited delivery service took a couple weeks in my case (partly due to unavoidable delays going through US customs). So if this is a gift, I would plan and order at least 3 weeks ahead of time.

Omg!!! The bobblehead looks exactly like my dad!!! The artist is phenomenal!!! I enjoyed the fact that I got picture proofs during the creation process and worked with me to ensure a excellent likeness!!! The delivery was a little confusing, but the company worked with me to ensure that my dad got his bobblehead gift. I am impressed that they went that extra mile for me and my dad!!!

I had a fantastic experience. Every step of the way, the company reached out with prototypes. And when one of the faces wasn't quite right, they worked with me. The final product is perfect and it was so carefully packed. Great customer service, high quality work and clearly people who care about what they do. And when my husband opened the box for his birthday, he remarked "Awesome."

I can't say enough great things about Custombobbleheadsus! Back in March, I had the pleasure of working with Chris to create 10 custom bobbleheads for my son and his senior high school varsity lacrosse team. Chris made the entire process simple and enjoyable, assisting me in designing each bobblehead with the ideal facial features, hair color, uniforms, and more. The attention to detail was incredible! Everything arrived on time, packaged with exceptional care, and the quality exceeded my expectations. When the boys received their gifts, their faces lit up-- they were absolutely ecstatic! It was the perfect keepsake to celebrate their graduation and time together as a team. If you're looking for a unique, high-quality, and personalized gift, I highly recommend CustomBobbleHeadsUS. Their craftsmanship, customer service, and dedication are second to none!!

EVERYTHING was GREAT! I can't say enough about the amazing quality, beautiful design, attention to every detail and incredible customer service!! I asked for at least 12 changes and they were done cheerfully and in a very timely manner. They really want to please their customers! The bobblehead truly resembled the person it was modeled after - amazing! Love this company and I will definitely purchase from them again!
