Wat jammer om te lezen dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad. Bij ons kun je altijd binnen 14 dagen retourneren en je geld terug krijgen, dus ik wil dit graag voor je uitzoeken. Helaas kan ik geen bestelling vinden op basis van je naam, als je contact met ons opneemt via [email protected], kijken we graag persoonlijk met je mee en lossen we dit netjes op 💙 Qua levertijd: Waarschijnlijk gaat het om een pre-order – die levertijd is inderdaad iets langer dan een standaardzending. Wat vervelend kan zijn als je hier niet op rekent. Om sneller te leveren, verzenden we vanuit verschillende magazijnen. Als een bepaalde maat of kleur niet beschikbaar is, kan het pakket vanuit ons internationale magazijn komen. Dit zegt niets over de kwaliteit, die blijft hetzelfde en vinden wij ook erg belangrijk.
