The pants fit and were comfortable but it is not jean material. It’s a thin cotton made to look like jeans. They may be ok in warmer climates. I thought i was buying and paying for jeans. I live in a northern climate and will only be able to wear them in warmer climates weather

Kort plezier van gehad
Helaas de knoop er al af en een gaatje zat er ook snel in. Jammer want de broek zit verder echt heerlijk. Ik vond hem wel prijzig dus jammer van de kwaliteit en ook dat ik eenzelfde had besteld in een andere kleur die leek wel heel anders. Die ging retour. Dit is wel afgehandeld maar duurde erg lang net als verzending en levering. Aanbod is ook klein!

Goed product, trage levering
Broeken zijn altijd goed maar helaas vaak hele trage bezorging (+2 weken…), jammer omdat de broeken juist zo goed zijn…

Op zich mooie broeken met een goede…
Op zich mooie broeken met een goede pasvorm, maar je mag hopen dat je de juiste items binnen krijgt na weken wachten. Als je contact met de klantenservice opneemt reageren ze relatief snel, maar ze spreken alleen Engels en daardoor zijn er veel communicatiefouten. Ik moest zelf mailen om erachter te komen dat een deel van mijn bestelling out of stock was en dat ik die dus niet meer zou ontvangen. Daarnaast als je een omruilverzoek indient en een mail met duidelijke instructies terug krijgt (dat je geduld moet hebben omdat hun het omruilverzoek gaan beoordelen) gebeurt er niks tot dat je ze naar anderhalf week wachten zelf een mail stuurt. Dan geven ze aan dat er niks bij hun bekend is. Samengevat was het veel gedoe en heeft het heel veel mailtjes en tijd gekost voordat alles afgehandeld was. Door al het gedoe besloten dat ik geen andere broek meer wou, maar graag mijn geld terug zou willen. Vanwege de hele toestand vond ik het wel zo netjes om mijn bestelling (Waarvan één broek verkeerd geleverd was) gratis retour te mogen sturen, maar dat stond niet in hun policy en kon dus niet. Het is dat de broeken het waard zijn, maar wat een gedoe om te bestellen bij curvjeans.

Verzending en terugbetaling duurt erg lang
Kwaliteit van de broek minder als verwacht. Daarom teruggestuurd. Het heeft best lang geduurd voordat ik mijn bestelling ontvang. We zijn nu bijna 2 weken verder en de terugbetaling nog steeds niet ontvangen. Niet blij mee, slechte service.

Goede pasvorm, jammer van de lengte
De broek past perfect om mijn heupen en heeft een fantastische stretch. Ik zou het alleen zo fijn vinden als dit soort broeken in verschillende lengtematen beschikbaar zouden zijn. Ik moet hem zo’n 10 centimeter laten inkorten en dat vind ik zo jammer.

Superleuk om te horen dat de pasvorm en stretch zo goed bevallen! 💙 We snappen helemaal dat lengte een belangrijk punt is.
Daarom gaan we binnenkort ‘Regular’ en ‘Tall’ maten introduceren, zodat er meer keuze is in lengte! Daarnaast zullen de huidige jeans korter worden, zodat er echt een duidelijk onderscheid komt in de pasvorm.
