Hey Quirina, Thanks voor je review en dat je je ervaring deelt—altijd waardevol voor ons én voor anderen die meelezen. 💙 Ik heb je bestelling erbij gepakt en zie precies waar de verwarring zit. Je retour is netjes ontvangen en verwerkt. Omdat je je tweede bestelling had afgerekend met een tegoedbon, is het retourbedrag daarvan ook teruggestort op diezelfde gift card. Dat is een geautomatiseerd proces. Om het duidelijker voor je te maken, hebben we daarom besloten om het bedrag van je eerste bestelling terug te storten op je bankrekening, omdat die betaling via iDEAL ging. Alles is dus goed afgehandeld—je bent je geld zeker niet kwijt. Wat betreft je opmerking over contact: je mail kwam gisteren bij ons binnen, en we doen ons best om altijd binnen 24 uur te reageren, ook in drukke periodes. We zijn daarnaast ook gewoon bereikbaar via Instagram DM als dat makkelijker is. Hopelijk geeft dit wat meer duidelijkheid.
