Never received my refund after 1 month…
Never received my refund, even one month after returning the items. No response from anyone despite several emails. Very poor / non-existent customer service.

I just checked our systems and the current delays are coming from our returns warehouse, which has been processing slower than usual, but your refund should absolutely not take this long. We reply to all emails within 24 hours, so if you haven’t heard back yet, something likely went wrong in delivery or your message didn’t reach us.
