There was an item on my order that wasn’t in stock anymore. Got an email with the choice to postpone or to get a refund. Asked for the refund and was processed without delay. The other item arrived without issues and fitted very well.

i am very happy with my jeans! nice stretchy fabric and good fit. my only complaint is that i exchanged to a larger size because they were a little tight, only for them to come out of the wash a full size bigger... next time i'll size down.

Heel fijne broeken, wel zijn ze wat aan de korte kant voor mijn lengte (1.77 m). Maar vooral was ik heel blij met de goede klantenservice. Ik had twee broeken besteld, waarvan er eentje eerder werd geleverd dan de ander. Het bleek een verkeerde maat, waarna de klantenservice meteen te hulp schoot. De broek die nog geleverd moest worden, werd meteen in een andere maat veranderd en ik kon de broek die ik al had ontvangen omruilen. Helaas vielen er bij één broek meerdere kleine buttons bij de zakken af tijdens de eerste keer dragen/wassen. Er werd goed met me meegedacht door de klantenservice en er werd een nieuwe broek opgestuurd (zonder buttons deze keer ;) dus kunnen ze er ook niet af vallen). Heel erg bedankt voor de fijne service!

The jeans are great. Take the size that fits your waste. They get more comfy the more you wear them. However, delivery comes from China and is quite long
