Beware o trial kits! I recently ordered a trial size kit and was automatically enrolled into a subscription. The problem is, I was never informed how much the full size kit would cost me. Moreover, this kind of subscription service usually alerts you before the next charge, to give you a chance to pause, customize or cancel. I never received any alert, nor an option to customize my order. I questioned C.S why I wasn't sent an alert and was told it was because of messaging rates. Well, how about an email? It is free. I would rather pay the cost of messaging than the cost of these products! I didn't even find an option to cancel subscription when managing my profile. I feel like I've been scammed out of $94 dollars. This is not a transparent company, they should be ashamed of these business practices.

in a matter of DAYS this personalized skin care routine is already working wonders. i was struggling with breakouts- waking up with a new spot everyday. i’ve only been using this product 4 days now and my skin has improved WONDERS. if you are someone that struggles with acne or any skin issues for that matter i 100% recommend cureology. it’s a little pricey but sooo worth it.

I started my prescriptions and they were working well. I stopped using the services for some time so I had to re upload pictures, and they offered me a different prescription, I asked questions concerning my doubts and they kindly explained to me why the new medication is better and also had another doctor come in to verify. In the end of the discussion they told me it was up to me if I wanted to go to my original prescription. The fact that they all were kind and confident made me feel confident in trying the new prescription out. Im still waiting on delivery but thought I'd leave a good review for LIA, JHAMILLIA, AND PRICILLA,

Best customer service team ever. I live in a big metropolis and sometimes have issues with delivery (I.e. stolen packages). Unfortunately this was the case today and I immediately reached out to customer service who responded promptly and with the best support. If it doesn’t show up by the EOD, they’re happy to give me a replacement. Such relief after thinking I’m out ~$100 and my treasured skincare routine. I came to Curology for the skincare (game changer btw) but I’ve stayed for the customer service and experience. They exceed my expectations time and time again. Thanks for your empathy and efficiency. More companies should emulate your practices.

Professional and as soon as I had a problem someone was there to help. I tried other dermatologist online and they drove me crazy. So far I am completely satisfied and happy with the service.

My customer service experience today really made me feel happy to be a curology customer and also was the icing on the cake for me. The products have been life changing for me, for 6 years I've paid for expensive dermatology appts without results. I have now been using curology for 3 months and I have no plans on changing my skin care products. The responses have been very fast, I have been very impressed at how fast they have responded to my inquiries. I have been recommending them to everyone because I am just so happy with my results ☺️. Keep doing what you're doing curology.

Very helpful with my mistake

Customer service was brilliant! I talked to a customer service specialist about getting a refund and at first they couldn’t give me refund since my order had the left the office already but I really needed that refund so they were able to make an exception for me! I really appreciated their understanding and help!
