Be very careful if you order for a minor, which is likely much of this company's business given the focus in acne treatment. Once the initial - read payment - is made, all future notices go only to your child. This means shipments arrive at great cost without notice to you, just something to be very aware of as it is expensive and you may want to change timing, or suspend or cancel your subscription, but will be on the hook without warning.

Sammy and Jamie were amazing and helped me with every question and request I had. Texting them was much faster and efficient at getting a response, rather than emailing. I also liked that they don’t talk like robots, but like normal kind human beings. As someone who works at a dental office and treats our patients like family and friends rather than a “client” it definitely makes my patients feel comfortable and genuinely heard and cared for, and that’s the experience I got from texting both ladies. Keep doing what ever you guys are doing, it’s wonderful!

I haven’t get the try the product yet but oh my god that support team is the best!!! I had an issue with carrier whoever support team made the situation very easy it didn’t even take 24 hours to get back to me but it definitely made me think if support team is that good product is definitely going to be good too!! I can tell they care about their patients

I had my acne prescription sent accidentally to my college. The shipment was lost and I inquired about a refund. Instead, the Curology team sent me a free replacement to my home address!
