Did not work for me. My acne was not that bad, but now my lower cheeks breaks out and has all these little bumps. I didn’t have this before I used Curology. I wish I never tried this product.

So I just recently signed up for the $5 trial (today) and it says that I’m gonna be charged $60 for 2 months.I wanna know if I receive the product and try to cancel the subscription,will I or will I not be charged $60 ?All these reviews are about how Curology is unreliable and charge $60 even IF you cancel.So please don’t make me pay an additional 60 if I cancel

Product irritated my skin. They made suggestions. I follow the suggestions. My skin was still irritated. I canceled. My card was charged. They do not do returns so I have a product that irritate s my skin I cannot use and I am out of money. I would not recommend this company! Update: The company finally refunded $60 back on my card .

They have a promo, $5 for shipping to try one month of curelogy. So i signed up, spent a GD HOUR filling out the questionaire. The next day i cancelled the autopay in my paypal (i had already paid the 5 bucks for the promo, and didnt wanna forget to cancel it and be surprise charged $60)... the next day they refunded me the $5 and never sent the product. Hmm thats not a free trial. Thats a scam imo. No thanks. I heard it sucks anyway.

I am posting 2 stars because this product really worked for my daughter, but did not work at all for my son. It's like any other skin care product, there is no one size fits all for everyone. The two stars are for customer service. Even though this product may work well for some (and it should for the price they charge), they are extremely hard to communicate with. They have no phone number or chat line, only e-mail. So, you have no way of initiating two way communication. And we had some major issues because I had two separate accounts for each of my kids, but they kept mixing up the accounts. My son needed to make some alterations in his customization and shipping frequency, but we were never able to get any kind of confirmation for any of this. We still don't know if he was receiving the proper formula. I think the CS service team are nice people, just impossible to reach and get clear communication. So, for the major cost you pay, I believe it should include better customer service. I have tried to cancel my son's account, but I have no idea yet if that has gone through. Oh, and one other frustration, each time I tried to sign into my son's account, it wouldn't take his password. So, when we asked for the link to change it, we would try to sign in with the newly created password and they would treat us as a new customer, asking for all of the criteria for the product, but then showed us as logged in, so I think the website is extremely buggy as well.

It honestly made me break out so much more than I ever did with proactiv. I switched a bit because downside to proactiv is that it makes me feel dry and curology didn’t but little did I know it was gong to make my skin so much worse. I even tried to ask for a new formula and the person said it could be from my toothpaste? Which was never an issue with proactiv. I also feel with proactiv I was able to use other skin care products like moisturizer and face masks but not with curology. Also the bottles seem small for what people pay for.

How about average? I am awaiting my first shipment and kinda excited. SO, I will update as the process unfolds. I am 51 and seeking help with sagging skin in the neck/jaw area. Bring on the good stuff!

Curology is the best decision i have made, i have tried everything you could imagine! I won't go to any other face wash, this not only clears my face but actually keeps it clear, i have never been able to find something like that before. I've done over the counter face wash, dermatologists, proactive, etc. LOVE IT!! so worth the money!
