I have seen ads on curology many times, and I have wanted to try it out myself. However, I am worried about multiple things if I use curology- aside from the poor customer service, everyone claims it to have. I am worried that I would grow dependent on curology. I am afraid that because my skin is so used to a formula specifically created for it than if I don't use curology anymore due expenses and such, my skin would just completely break out. I was wondering if this had happened to anyone? Thank you.

I go check my bank account and I see that the majority of my money is gone. I’m a high school student and I already don’t make much but I wanted to give Curology a try. I still have yet to finish my free trial but I was recently charged $60 worth of another Curology set that I was not alerted for. Should i receive an email asking if I want to continue? Or can’t I go to Curology.com and ask for another set myself? This is ridiculous! I feel scammed and I just want my money back. I sent several emails today and I’m hoping Curology sees my review and can understand my situation. I seen that it’s not just me with the same problem. This is going to bring even more of the same problems and eventually people will stop buying this product. I even read about the 90 day money back guarantee and someone who had a similar issue as I did got his money back. Curology is a good product but the whole pricing and charging people out of the blue is too much for me. All I’m asking for is a refund please.

They refuse to refund me or let me return unopened product they sent me. I was charged and product was shipped without me being notified. I received ZERO emails from Curology that there was even going to be a draft taking place, in fact, I never even received an email when the 30 day trial began, or a receipt! It said that my trial was supposed to end on the 12th on the website, and they pulled money on the 5th! I even wrote in my calendar to cancel Curology before the 12th. I cancelled on the 8th, and I found out they drafted money on the 5th! $60. Even if I wanted to continue with the company, it didn't even give me a chance to make changes to my regime! What kind of skin car company is this??? That doesn't make any sense. I definitely will be sharing my experience with others.

I had mild to moderate cystic acne on my chin and cheeks. I started Curology 6 months ago, with the hope for a change. The first formulation resulted in more severe cystic acne appearing on my chin and cheeks than I had already, but was told to wait for the "purging' stage to pass instead of being granted a new formulation. 6 months later, the PA I am currently assigned (as they change periodically) finally has changed my formulation, but I have already experienced such severe cystic acne at this point that I will suffer permanent acne scarring. I am discontinuing, and I don't recommend moderate to severe acne sufferers to believe in this over-the-counter program. The customer service is pretty good, and the moisturizer and cleanser are gentle, but perhaps ineffective.

I’m giving Curology two stars rather than one ONLY because I liked the result of my free trial. The product did help my skin clear up quite well while I was using the free trial which I started in November. HOWEVER- I am currently a college student. I unfortunately couldn’t afford a subscription and decided that I put it on hold. By the time it was about to ship out again, I still didn’t have enough money, so I had to cancel altogether. Then I got an email from my bank saying that I had overdrafted and Curology charged me 60$!! This was incredibly stress inducing for me, as I don’t start my job until the end of January. I emailed them a very detailed email asking for my money back and explaining the situation. I got an automated email saying that my account had been canceled, but I couldn’t get my money back since my next order had already shipped (???). After several more emails to the support, I finally got an email from a real person. This was only after I specifically asked “when will my money be refunded?” And only that. Finally, a real person emailed back saying they caught my order before it went out (okay..) and that I could get my money back within 10 days. It only took 4 days but it was a very stressful few days with having no actual money. I’m very disappointed and really didn’t expect such a scammy type of thing to come from this company. Though I liked the product, the random payments of costs that aren’t mentioned in the subscription is not worth it and the stress this caused only made me more disappointed. Hopefully they are able to fix these issues before more people have to deal with these same issues.

First off let me start by saying this kit doesn’t work at all.. the only thing that worked for me was the moisturizer and that was literally for like 15 minutes each day I used it, and that was it there was no long term look to it.. my skin went back to normal and I know people will say you have to use it for a long time, everyone that “used it” said they used it for a month and saw a difference I used it for a month and recently stopped bc it wasnt doing anything except bringing on ginormous pimples to my skin..next if it doesn’t work why would I do a subscription? They saved my card info and subscribed to their 60 day subscription. It hasn’t even been 60 days! I ordered my free trial on December 11th and it’s January 5th.. this obviously isn’t even 30 days!!! I’m a 16 year old girl that only makes about $240 every pay period and I have bills to pay why would I be paying $60 for this crap! On top of that they don’t have a support center so who knows if I can get my money back, they sent me no emails saying they were going to ship out in a couple days or that my subscription was coming soon. I order things in Qvc (a company that people barely know about) and they email me all the time letting me know I have a payment coming up. Curology has done fraud on my account and they’re very unorganized. I 100% do not recommend. They pay all these people to say good things about their company and they tend to delete the negative comments. I just want my money back.

Curology is AWFUL. Regardless of their product. I have been attempting to cancel the subscription for months and have not been able to get through to them. You can't call because they have no phone number. You email, and they send an email back saying they've received it and will respond soon, but you never hear back. You try to cancel the subscription through the website? It re-routes you back to the home page and half the time their site doesn't even load. Curoloy is a nightmare you can't get rid of. Not worth the product. I'm not having to dispute the charges through my bank, and I may even have to cancel my credit card, just to get rid of this ridiculous fraud of a company.

Unable to CANCEL subscription. Curology wasn't better than using a $10 face wash and toner. The most frustrating part about it was being charged $60 and not being able to cancel my subscription. It is a scam to make money. I'm frustrated over a weasel "free trial".
