Curology changed my life. I have struggled since I was 12 with acne, tried at least 30 different products and spent hundred of dollars on facial treatments. Switching to curology 6 months ago I stopped all other products and everything about my skin changed. My complexion, texture, and pimple frequency did a full 180. I no longer wear makeup out of the house and finally feel confident in doing so. I dont see myself ever stopping the use of this product.

I got an IUD back in October, and am one of the unfortunate population that gets hormonal acne because of it. I was desperate for something to help alleviate it, as many providers aren't open during the Covid outbreak. I heard from a trusted friend that this stuff worked, so I gave it a try. First and foremost, the price to product ratio is laughable. These tiny travel -sized bottles are meant to last you a month (depending on your plan)? There is NO way, especially given how much they instruct you to put on your face and neck. So I try it for two weeks, and it seemed fine at first. Even saw some mild improvement. Now, going into week 3, suddenly my face looks like a monstrosity- I have acne EVERYWHERE. Areas I have never even had issues before are now broken out worse than I have ever had in my life. I have never even had acne this bad as a teenager in the throes of puberty. I am 30 years old and have acne like a kid just turning 13. Absurd. The site tells you to "stick it out" and "eventually it will get better," and "it can take up to 3 months to take full effect". Why on earth would I keep putting this stuff on my skin if it made if react that poorly and gave me disfiguring acne? So let me get this straight- these people expect me to pay 30 dollars a month to have airline sized bottles of nonsense that gives me the worst acne of my life? I could also pay someone to punch me in the face as hard as they can every month, but I'd prefer not to, since it's bad for me. I am very angry and hurt right now. I also suffer from depression, and was already in a very bad spot. This has not helped at all. I literally don't want people to look at my face right now. Awful. Please avoid this at all costs.

I subscribed for the free trial and waited for days for someone to contact me . And when they finally did i believe her name was Laurie she questioned a rash/irritation i had around my nose (Not to noticeable) i explained to her what it was and she somehow got back to me a few days later and told me they could not make a mix for me because i possibly had something called Perioral Dermatitis and told me immediately i would be refunded with out even asking further question. Upon looking up what perioral dermatitis was i can say that my face looks nearly nothing close to what that is i have a very light red irritation around my nose and dryness thats it!!! It sucks because from reading all the great review i was really looking forward to trying this product out. And although my acne is not bad at all i did want to treat some dark spots and just have a clear face but if they are already giving me a diagnosis that looks nowhere near what i have, i have to say im glad they cancelled my trial. Ive seen many pictures of the “great stuff” this product does and let me say i have seen many of the pictures with people with redness/irritation around the nose area and they were treated im so disappointed i was turned away like that. I guess my money wasn't good enough for them!!!

Curology actually helped my skin clear up a little. However, I agree with everyone else about the pricing for this product. Out of the three bottles that you should be getting, the most important bottle, which is the customized formula is the one with the littlest amount! It comes in a big bottle but when it's done and when you open the bottle, you can see how shallow and how little they put inside! Once I finished the customized formula, I opened it and dipped a q-tip inside to get out as much of the formula as I can, and not even half of the q-tip went all the way down the bottle. That is how little they put! It is honestly not fair because customers subscribe to this product and don't even get the amount that they pay for. Curology should fill the whole bottle instead and not fool customers into thinking that the bottle contains a lot when it literally contains a straw-full amount only. Come on curology! Quit scamming customers and give them their money's worth!

Horrible scam of a company, every year they change how the subscription works and services offered to the customer and increasing the price and removes services that used to make it great, they are now charging existing customer $25 if they cancel and later decides to come back later to restore their account. I CANNOT believe this bull crap! what kind of money hungry clown company is this and what kind of company charges customers for coming back? I am completely appalled and will no longer recommend or give my hard earned money to curology.

I *had* cystic hormonal acne off and on ranging in severity since puberty. I am a 30 year old woman now and enough was enough. I saw Curology promoted on Instagram and liked that you could try it for just the cost of shipping ($4.95). Applying it every night after I wash my face I noticed within the first week a reduction in redness and existing breakouts healing. Within three months all my acne was gone. I have been using curology for six months now and will continue to do so.

Scam, pure and simple. Once you make the mistake to subscribe, it is mission impossible to cancel the subscriptions. Worse than a corner street drug dealer, they pray upon kids, to subscribe and once subscribed, if you wish to cancel, you have to constantly call back to cancel the next shipment because they won't let you cancel the subscription all together ( you can only cancel the next shipment). So every time you forget to call and cancel the next shipment, your mailbox gets heavier w/ their trash, and your pocket book gets a little lighter b/c of the money you sent them for something you do not want!

I was skeptical at first because I saw very little improvement with the trial but decided to go ahead and but a full bottle to really test it out and I'm so glad I did. My Skin looks so a million times better than it did 3 months ago, the quiz is easy and they pair you up to a dermatologist that's right for you. They then make you your custom bottle based on your skin, previous treatments you've tired, etc and give you so much information on the ingredients in your custom bottle, and they have so many useful articles to help you achieve a great flawless skin life. if at any time you want to change your formula you just start a consultation and will get a response in about a day
