I was so excited at the beginning; I couldn't wait to receive the products. Their marketing is well made; they convinced me buying lol. But overall, their products are too expensive and not at all great. They are mediocre. My hair is better without using their product.

If possible I would had given no stars but want to warn potential users. I had an allergic reaction to these products and there is no customer service number to call! I'm suffering with chemical burns and lesions and wouldn't want anyone else to go through this.

if you don't live in the USA, never buy curlsmith. I live in Canada, bought it a month ago and still haven't received my tracking number. the customer service is terrible and they do not give you feedback. just a waste of time and money.

I have ordered over £100 of Curlsmith products which I am super excited to try but sadly over 2 weeks after ordering I have not received my order or any communication on its status. I have tried to contact them several times and different was, email and Instagram, but am yet to receive any reply. I am still trying to find a telephone number to call them on but conveniently it is not listed on their website or any communication. It so frustrating because their products looking amazing but they are considerably more expensive than others on the market and at the moment there is no value for the money I have spent. After this I won’t be ordering from them again even if my hair loves the products.

My 1st order with Curlsmith was last October and that progressed as you'd expect, I placed an order, paid and order was delivered. I was running low on the wash & styler I use and wanted to try more Curlsmith products, so placed a new order on March 13. After a few days I'd heard nothing apart from the "you placed an order " email. So I emailed , the protein kit I'd ordered was out of stock but this wasn't showing that it was the case on the website when I ordered and they didn't bother telling me ! So Curlsmith decided to take my money, £100 and not tell me some was on back order and nothing would be delivered until March 26th. March 26th arrived but I'd heard no more . Back to contacting customer service yet again, nothing, no reply. I emailed yet again, "oh we're sorry the shipment only arrived this morning at 9am and the container is being unloaded" ! I'm in the UK and we were about to enter a 4 day weekend holiday, no dispatch email despite being told it was now in despatch by Lucy. Suffice to say I'm not a happy customer. Yesterday 6th April I'm told its been dispatched, woohoo! NO . The email I receive from Royal Mail today the 7th, we've picked up your package at 6.45am today and is coming via 48hr delivery! Hang on I thought it was Next Day delivery. I will never use Curlsmith ever again The customer service is the worst I've come across in a long time . They've has my £100 for a month and not a word of apology from them. My future curl products will come from UK companies.

As per another review I am still waiting for my delivery and have had poor responses from the company, including clear lies. Ordered 2 products on 24th March (1 in stock, 1 in stock 26th March, then shipping w/c 29th March). I was not told at anytime prior to purchase that they wouldn't deliver the in-stock item until the other arrived. I chased many times. Their responses - 31st March "order being processed today for dispatch today", 1st April "order is due for dispatch today", 6th April "order being processed today for dispatch today". As of 7th April still no shipping details....

I ordered products 12th March and I am still waiting (06/04/2021) for them to be delivered. One product was pre-order for 26th March but I was not made aware other products would not be dispatched until then. I asked for a tracking link and the one provided does not work. I raised my issue directly with Curlsmith and the response received was poor. Haven’t received my products yet but doubtful I’ll even order again due to the poor customer service.

Amazing products and customer service. Try to take advantage of their sales whenever possible. I’ve used their hair products and supplements too for the past 6 months. Impressed !
