I have worked with Crystal Plus on 5 occasions and they are consistently excellent. From customer service, professionalism, turn around time to the actual quality of the product itself, they are top notch.

I bought a crystal plague with a custom logo on it. The turnaround time of the design proof is very quick. Each step is clear and the overall process is very smooth. I received the product in about a week from the time I ordered it. I'm very happy with the product and it exceeds my expectation.

I have nothing negative to say about my experience. The website was relatively easy to navigate though the options to select (which then effects price) what exactly you are seeking is slightly confusing on what you are selecting. It leaves an opportunity for a consumer to over select what they want and then be charged for it. Again to me, I was comfortable with my selection though my Admin Assistant who originally placed the order, didn't quite understand which options should be selected. Speaking to the communications the purchaser receives, I was impressed (and pleasantly surprised). You place the order and receive a communication. You receive another communication on the proof and when it ships. I knew from the beginning where my product was at. As far as the product itself, it looked better than I expected. The work on the etching of our companies logo and lettering was precise, evenly centered and the colors were clean. We intend to order more products in the future.

We have come up wiht some tight deadlines for awards and they have continued to come through for our company. Price, quality, great catalog, service and responsive are all words I use to describe Crystal Plus. I look forward to using them again when our next need arises.

I ACCIDENTALLY CLICKED ON YOUR WEBSITE. THE SELECTION OF PRODUCT LOOKED BEAUTIFUL ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN. THE CALLBACK FROM YOUR COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT TO HELP ME IN DECIDING HOW TO ORDER. THE HEART THAT I ORDERED IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS --- BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED FOR THE VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
