CrystalPlus is a great provider for our customized gifts for clients. When the product we ordered was no longer available they helped me find a comparable solution.

I ordered a paperweight and a vase. The paperweight came on time and so did the vase after being shipped to someone else first. They had to ship the vase I still have there vase and they canceled their order.I'm still waiting for a return shipping label to send the wrong vase back to CA. The quality of the products and Art work were wonderful and I would use Crystal Plus again just check your packing list against your ship label in the future, and send me that return label please! Was impressed by the quick turnaround and wide selection of glasses to choose from. Our wedding Waterford crystal toasting glasses were packaged extremely well and our personalized logo came out perfectly. Thank you for the easy ordering process and clear communication. Everything was perfect which took stress off of this part of our wedding planning.

I never write reviews but I feel I must for CrystalPlus.com. I have been a business owner for over 40 years and have bought many corporate gifts. My experience with CrystalPlus.com was the most rewarding opportunity to build a custom desk paperweight with an accompanying coaster set for a gift. The customer service was outstanding as well as the details in follow ups
