The ease of ordering and the quality of the products and the fast turnaround in receiving my order, correctly in under 3 weeks.

This is my third order. The quality of the product is superior to what you would get on a cheaper site. You get what you pay for.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND them to print anything on a glass! Their website, templates, instructions, approval process, and fee language are confusing. Their '2 weeks free customer approval' language sounds simple (ethical), but you will actually owe them a $30 fee or more even if they can’t do what you request on a glass or you do not approve it. I sent an order with pic of a 2" tall logo already on another same size/type glass. I received a quick canned automated 'approval request email' that was confusing with just a pic of their limited tiny 1" red box area on a glass warning that my l logo might not be legible. I emailed asking if they could make it larger and they said no. So, I kindly canceled the order and they surprised me with a $30 fee for their apparent cost and energy related to me simply trying to find out if they could even do my request. I told them I would complain to BBB, other review sites, have my c.card company dispute it with them - they told me to go ahead. Wow.

I ordered a couple products from CrystalPlus over the past few years and they have consistently had great item quality, thoughtful and detail-oriented customer service, as well as stylish and modern art designs. I really enjoy that you can really customize the product however you want, and their graphic design team is very attentive with reviewing proofs. The website also made shopping and check out a breeze. It is easy to use and has a stylish design. The customer service here is top notch as well. I realized after check out that I needed to order a product for rush delivery and they were able to make it happen for me over the phone.

Easy to find what I need and love the communication about the proof.
