CrystalPlus.comReviews of crystalplus.com

I had a custom logo and quote engraved. I chose the square whiskey glasses. For one, the custom logo looks very nice, it was not marred in any way. Second, the lettering is clear, sharp and evenly spaced. As far as the glasses themselves go, they have a great weight and feel to them. They were a gift and the receiver loved them. I was also impressed by how quickly my proof was reviewed and then the items made. They were ground shipped to me very quickly. I received my order 6 days after I placed it. The only thing I would recommend to Crystal Plus is a lower shipping fee.

Very Easy process. Excellent customer service

ALl was excellent - highly impressed with the products and customer service. Will be ordering from CrystalPlus again!

The Sales Rep I worked with was very friendly the first time I called to make changes to the proof. The second time I called back she was not. She seemed annoyed that more changes were coming. She seemed to be in a BIG hurry to get me off the phone. When I asked to confirm the changes her tone got even more annoyed. I do not like being treated this way.

I loved every moment of my experience using CrystalPlus to place an order for an employee recognition award. Your technology keeps me informed throughout the process and I loved the experience. Thanks for the superb customer service.

Easy to navigate, quick turnaround time, competitive pricing. Easy logo upload, enter your text, they quickly send proof, you approve and then it's shipped!

Just a note of thanks, for a job completed in a very professional manner. Our company is very pleased with our order which arrived earlier than stated, well crafted, but most of all accurate and complete. Thank you CrystalPlus for a job well done.
